  I met with service GM, Ben, who was recommended by a Lee Nissan technician in the relearning of the TPMS sensors in my 2025 Nissan Armada after upgrading wheels and tires. Ben was friendly, cooperative, respectful, and easy going. He was eager to assist in my car repairs and it was more important to him that my vehicle drive as intended than to make money off me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I was in and out of Mr Tire in 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend Ben at Mr. Tire of Wilson.

  This place was a godsend! On the way home from a family road trip, our alternator died, leaving us stranded along the highway in the middle of the night. State Farm's roadside assistance service towed us to Mr. Tire. Even though we didn't have an appointment, the service manager at Mr. Tire graciously fit us into their already busy schedule that morning. They replaced our alternator at a very reasonable price, and we were back on the road by noon!

  A special shout out to Ben 10 out of 10. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time until I made it to the shop, very understanding got me in and out. I recommend these guys they care and they are more than a repair shop they care about you. Thank you God for Ben today 🙏🙏🙏

  I logged in to set-up my appointment for a state inspection the night before I took my truck. I arrived when they opened at 7:30, and I was leaving by 7:47. The crew was very professional, and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. This is the 2nd state inspection I’ve done at this location in the past two months, and I would highly recommend them.

  Lashika the female general manager was amazing, I am retired on a fixes income . I came in for some tire pressure and lashika saw my tires were showing wires . She showed me a option to finance my tires that is based off my income and not my credit score She helped me get 4 tires and alignment today for 29.99 down and I am so grateful. Wonderful team . I was in and out with in 1 hour 30 mins ! If you are traveling or in the local Wilson area this is the tire shop to go to
