  My car broke down and I had to get a tow to get it fixed . My vehicle was fixed and I had a wonderful experience. Lashika the general manager who is a woman is very educated and knowledgeable she and her staff had me in and out in no time . Hot coffee and cold water was provided while I was waiting . So if your in the Wilson areas you should check this shop out , they are full service and a tire shop

  CHARGED for an Exotic alignment on a f150 When ask was told all there prices increased so 260 dollars to get a basic alignment and tires rotated and also charged 23 dollars for “shop Supplies “ MR. Tire used to be good but now just a rip off Also had my truck done and I waiting 15 mins for the person at the front desk to come back

  I bought tires online via Giga Tires. I got a really good deal on a set of AT tires for my truck. When I showed up for my install that I scheduled w/ Mr. Tire, they could not find my tires, and I could not get a hold of anyone with Giga Tires (the online retailer bought thru) b/c it was on a Saturday. On Monday, they found the tires, and I went back on Tuesday to have the install done. Everything went fine, however when I got home, I noticed the manufacturer date on the tires... while they were new old stock, the tires were made in 2022 (date codes of 0322 on two & date code of 0622 on the other two)! That means they are over 4 1/2 years old, even if new! Tires go bad after 6 years regardless of storage conditions. While this isn't Mr. Tire's fault, they could have looked at the production date on the tires before installing, and let me know. I would have refused the install, and let Giga Tires be responsible for eating them. I did contact Giga Tires afterward. They would have sent me newer replacements or offered a full refund, but that meant I would have to pay out of my own pocket to have the tires removed, and shipped back to Giga Tires. I elected to take a 10% credit, and keep the tires w/ full warranty. Still, two strikes against Mr. Tire for number 1 failing to account for the location of my tires that they signed for & received, and number 2 for failing to let me know the tires they were about to install from my 3rd party online retailer were over 4 1/2 years old brand new. A good vehicle service center / tire installer would have caught that, and questioned the production dates with me before installing. They just wanted to do the install, and wipe their hands of it b/c they didn't sell the tires to me.
