  While traveling our camper got a flat tire right before our destination nearby. Mr Tire got us in right away and quickly took care of us. GM Lashika was especially wonderful to work with in going over options/pricing and just all around great customer service. She even had coloring books/stickers to help keep our kids entertained. Highly recommend!

  This was my first time going to Mr. Tire and, I have to say, I was very impressed. There was a mix up as far as my appointment went but Lashika, the GM of this location, was VERY nice and accomodating. Even though they were closing in an hour, she and the man in the garage (I believe his name may be Craig) took my car in and got 2 tires installed, an alignment, and a state inspection done. They even stayed a bit over 7pm to finish my van and get me back on the road. I'd definitely go back here again.

  I showed up to a 730 am appointment. After two hrs they tell me my AC can’t be fixed because they don’t have my model or whatever. Then I wait another two hrs for a tire to be delivered. The lady at the front was nice. But waiting this long after booking an appointment is a disgrace. I’ll never do business with them again.
