  Stopped in at the Leonard's to look at a 6×12 enclosed trailer. There were several in stock to choose from which I appreciated. What really got my attention was the sales associate Michael Barnes. Man was he very informative and knowledgeable about the particular unit i was looking. Even was able to make recommendations for said unit to equip it better for my needs. Michael also made it very clear that buying a trailer from Leonard's is more than just a business transaction. Its also like a "partnership" if you will. Meaning anywhere down the road if parts and service is needed, they will be available. Thanks again Michael for making this process a breeze!

  The manger of this store went above and beyond to help me find the right trailer to fit all my needs. He saved me some money and even went to Raleigh to pick it up for me. If you're in the market I would highly recommend stopping by to see what these guys can do for you.

From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution for a storage shed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every option without any pressure, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Michael’s customer service was exceptional from start to finish. His attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to making sure everything was exactly right made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly values their customers and takes pride in providing excellent service.   Purchased a Leonard 8x12 dog condo kennel recently. Second Leonard product I’ve purchased from them within the year (Chicken coop was the product purchased earlier in the year). Both the Leonard dog kennel & chicken coop are extremely high quality from the study stick built framing to the siding & accommodations Leonard products are top-notch and built to last. The real MVP at the Wilson location is a gentleman named Mike. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, charismatic and helpful; he did want it took to ensure a stress free sale without being pushy & got me situated, with delivery, within an unexpected time frame. I assume Mike is the store manager at this location, if he is not and someone higher up happens to read this I highly recommend he be the manager. Having operated automotive businesses for 15-years Mike is someone every business owner would be blessed to have in charge. He conducts business the way business should be handled). Thank you Mike for getting me situated with another great quality Leonard product!!
