Service department- Charolette in service is a fantastic person to work with and doesn’t play the corporate games like a lot of dealers do. She was up front and honest and very helpful to get my truck back to me after a major part failed ( e torque MGU) the shop techs also were extremely helpful in showing me exactly the parts that were the problem and explaining what each part does. I can’t speak for the sales department but this service experience is the only reason I haven’t abandoned ram for the e torque issues. Thank you Charolette!

Best dealership experience I've ever had. Everybody was really nice and accommodating. Monica answered all of our questions and Roger (sales manager) went above and beyond to make our deal work and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled.

If you have an appointment you shouldn't take that long. For a oil change and simple things. There are people standing around and could be helping each other. But no all I see is people standing around getting paid. If I was the boss you can help one another.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Lee CDJR in Wilson, NC, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Scott, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, attentive, and completely zero-pressure. Roger took the time to explain everything included in the maintenance and service plans we purchased and Johnnie worked his magic on a great interest rate for me to seal the deal. I had the pleasure of meeting Jay the next day when I returned to complete the sale with a cashiers check. The entire buying process was smooth and painless. I am so impressed with the level of service I received; I plan to bring my Jeep to this Wilson location for maintenance and repairs as needed although I live 55 minutes away in Greenville and could easily get my Jeep serviced at a location closer to my home. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from here to all my friends and fam!
