I had my Truck towed there because of an engine misfire issue. The service team did an awesome job and had my truck diagnosed and the repairs completed by Friday afternoon. I just wanted to say thank you to the service technician and the service team for getting my repairs done quickly, and right the first time.

We were on vacation and out of state when our van broke down. We were blessed and fortunate Lee CDJR was around the corner from us.
After we called, we had an outstanding gentleman, Harely go above and beyond to ensure our family was shuttled back to the dealership so they could be safe and not stranded on the side of the road.
The customer service did not stop just there. After our van was towed in they wasted no time and managed to get in very quickly.
The shop foreman (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) wasted no time and found what the issue was. Fortunately it wasn't a catastrophic failure and they were able to get our caliper secured and us back on the road.
Despite the stressful situation, everyone involved went above and beyond, offering transportation, transparency with the repair, and solutions to help ease the situation.
We can't thank you enough for getting our family safely and us back on the road to vacation.

Dropped my truck off the night before for a 9am appointment. At 10:30am I was called to tell me all the things they recommended for the service. I told them to do it all. At 2:30pm I received a call saying my truck was ready. Get there and pay the $806 dollars only to go out to find the check engine light still on. Went back in and the gentlemen said "well it was on when you brought it in so I thought you already knew about it". Just a couple notes: I don't know why the check engine light comes on since I do not have the tools to check. Many vehicles brought in for service have the check engine light on, I think most people would like to know about it so they can get it fixed. There was ample time to call and ask if I wanted to have the particular filter replaced since that is what the light was on for supposedly. He did offer to keep the truck but unfortunately I have to get to work with the truck. They had it all day!!! Very disappointed in this place. If you go make sure to ask them to fix the problem that lit up the check engine light, it does not seem to be the SOP.

Came to Lee all the way from Charlotte because of their deals and their staff. If you’re in need of a vehicle do not hesitate to shop at Lee. Scott my salesman was extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable, he even went out of his way to pick me up at the train station. Really good guy and the made the whole process very easy. Stop in and see Scott you won’t regret it! Roger is the best at what he does as well he will help to get you your dream car no matter what. Great job guys and thank you!

Great experience with the service department. I was in and out, and everything was completed right on time with no sales pressure at all. They provided a detailed video explaining the inspection, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, offered coffee and water, and the waiting area was a nice, comfortable place to hang out. Overall, very professional and customer-focused.”
