    My rental experience was exceptionally excellent. The person who assisted me was very kind and informative. The transaction was very smooth and in a timely manner. This made our family road trip smooth comfort and easy. Thank you for always being consistent.

    scam mangment don’t go there they raise the daily rates on the cars and they change your reservation however they like went for a corola and they they try to give me a small box car and some lady walk up to me god knows who she’s is wearing some farm clothes tell me about a car im driving that i can’t drive it nun your business don’t go there

    I had a really bad customer service experience last night. I reserved a truck at enterprise with someone through the customer service line who said they had a truck with a hitch near us and I ubered there and then they said they don’t even allow trucks with hitches so I had to uber back to the car shop with nothing and our truck was broken down and we had two dogs and a boat with us. This was a huge inconvenience and I checked multiple times with the rep to make sure he understood what we were needing. I know there’s not a lot you can do about this other than perhaps giving us a credit for a rental in the future or we’d love a refund at least for the multiple wasted Ubers, but it’s the middle of summer here and having to waste time by being lied to and having our poor dogs out in the heat while I tried to go rent a truck that we were told was for sure going to be there is so frustrating. Then I tried to chat with a customer service rep today and they hung up on that twice after telling me they’d contact a regional manager. This is in no way the branch in Wilson’s fault because they expressed frustration with the online reps as well but this was really bad misleading customer service. Would love to have our uber costs reimbursed.

    I put in a reservation on May 28th for June 5th-7th. I got there and the guy looked at me and said " we fell short and I don't have a car for you" then proceeded to tell me they called me on 6/3. I checked my call log for that day and only had 2 calls and neither one was that office.No I'm sorry, no offer of any other options. I called the 800 number and was promised a call back from corporate that never happened. Luckily my hotel let me move my reservation to another time. I had 5 disappointed teenagers. I've done business with that location for over 10 years but after the way that guy in that office treated me, I will NEVER go back there again. Enterprise do better!!

    This has been the worst experience ever experienced with enterprise. Let me say I’ve never rented from another company it’s always been enterprise. I know my brother in law had issues with having rentals available when it was time for pick up. So the morning of my vacation I get a call at 730 (my pick up time 8 am has been for over a month when I originally reserved) saying that there are no vehicles available and that they would contact me when/if something becomes available. Here it is 9:21 am my family and I are ready to hit the road and we have no transportation, and I’m still on hold. I won’t be renting from them anymore. The day of my vacation and you call me with no rental and no accommodation is unacceptable, unprofessional and down right tacky. I’m so over customer service.
