- TRTonya RichardsonMay 5, 20261.0Everytime I have tried and made reservations with the wilson location and I get there everything has been rented out and I have reservations. Enterprise need to look up RESERVED AND RESERVATIONS. (Quick story) Made reservations on 4-20-26 for 4-23-26 for a suv for a road trip to pick up my Aunt thats 91with dementia. Stop by there around lunch had several vehicles and was told I would have a vehicle. Ask could I go ahead and pay the guy said wait to pickup at 4:00 get there at 3:30 to get disappointed and pissed for the LAST TIME! I wouldn't recommend nobody to TRUST MAKING RESERVATIONS OR RENTING from ENTERPRISE. Shame me once shame on you shame me 3 times it want be a 4th. My story,experience and opinion. NEVER AGAIN. (My RAM in a bush) LB LYFE RENTALS LLC made it POSSIBLE! A day later I made it! Couldn't post without tapping a star. Enterprise gets a negative-10.

When she went to pick up the car they did not have one single premium car on the lot so there was no car reserved for her. Then to get a car they wanted a 300 dollar deposit that we have never paid before for what ever they had left on the lot so she agreed and went to inspect the vehicle and she opened the door and was hit in the face with the smell of either pot or someone killed a skunk inside. It was so strong that if my wife had got pulled for any reason they would have searched her for drugs. This is the 2nd time they tried renting us a car that smelled like that. You would think the people working there would know it smells like Cheech and Chong renting it. I guess that's what you get with bad management
