- GCGayle ChristmanApr 18, 20261.0Went through the wash this morning. Exited the wash unrinsed (couldn’t see for the suds on the windshield and the hood). Totally not rinsed or dried. I went back around, and the guy came out acting like I was bothering him and showed him my car. I got back in the car and he was guiding me in, and I pointed to using the brush on the left side of the windshield. He was clearly irritated. No Customer Service whatsoever!!! we have many many car washes in Wilmington!! When I asked his name, I think he said Chris, but he clearly did not want me to hear it. That was about 11 this morning.
