The wash itself was solid, and the vacuums were some of the strongest I’ve ever used, which made a huge difference. But what really stood out was the customer service—specifically Danny “D”. He went up to every car, including mine, to genuinely ask how everything turned out and if we needed anything. You can usually tell when someone is just going through the motions, but that wasn’t the case here. I watched him take the time to make things right for other customers, and it was clear he actually cared. What really impressed me was that he noticed when people (myself included) had rubber mats and, without being asked, offered to take them and rinse them off. That kind of attention to detail and proactive service is rare. D went above and beyond, and honestly, that level of customer service alone is enough to make me reconsider keeping my membership.

Danny stood out as he offered to take my mats and rinse them off saving me time and energy and even when I forgot about my back seat mats and pulled them out later he happily offered to take those too without any irritation or annoyance! 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here! Danny thanks for being the GOAT!
