- JJJayson Jones6 days ago1.0The only reason they get one star is because of the outstanding customer service the wash was not set up very well. For this being a Whistle Express this is a very cheap car wash. They have the hanging towels that they drag across your car that will scratch your vehicle. I wanted to give this very nice gentleman Isaiah and opportunity and I bought a membership today. Do not go to this Whistle Express the people that work here. I was told that they bought this location a little while ago and haven’t made any improvements and the way this one set up it will scratch your vehicle. AVOID IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR CLEAN AND SCRATCH FREE

I was so shocked at dirt drips falling down my white car, bumper absolutely filthy like the water didn't even touch it, and back window still dusty looking. Yeah I'm thankful for their complimentary towels...it took all they had for me to hand clean my car AFTER I paid for a wash. Give those workers a bucket and a brush! A 10 second scrub of the front and back before sending the cars through the tunnel would work wonders and your customers would return....you got too much competition to suck this bad.

From not washing my car for so long and the rainy days , you would think my car is brand new after going through whistle! Isaiyah was such a big help with getting the access bugs and debris off of the front of my car. Very very kind and compassionate about his work. I was overwhelmed with joy to see how serious the employees take their role, and how far they go to satisfy their customers. I would recommend this carwash over any other one , any day.

They do not answer their phone or left messages.BEEARE giving this company any of your financial information. It is Astounding that they receive any positive reviews from anyone who has had a monthly membership. AMENDMENT/ REVISION OF MY REVIEW. Whistle Express I believe made an honest mistake and, though it took a bit of effort, recognized their mistake and have said they will reimburse me for the months not intended. So, honest company and a great car wash.
