- HEHalle Erwin6 days ago1.0I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to the car wash 4/24/26. The car in front of me had trouble getting onto the guided tracks at the start of the wash. As they were nearing the exit of the car wash their car fell off the tracks or something and it stopped. My car continued and smashed into the back of their car. The employee handling the situation was not apologetic or reassuring at all. Seems like this happens a lot. I was waiting to make my review depending on how they handled the situation. Got an email yesterday (2 weeks after they said I would get a response) that said the collision was not the fault of the car wash and it was driver error. There was absolutely nothing I could do to prevent the situation and neither could the girl in front of me. I was also handing my horn far before they turned off the wash. Please do not go here and be cautious at all car washes of this styles.
