  My wife and I both had our oil changed at different times today at this location. When I got home my car wouldn't start, I called the Valvoline location where we had both been earlier, the manager had one of two of his service team members drive over to my home. Within 10 minutes my car was reprogrammed and the service guys were on their way back to work. Customer service over and above the call of duty. Five stars

  Eli, the manager on duty, made my visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the services being performed, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was completed efficiently without making me feel rushed. The entire team worked well together, and it was obvious that Eli leads by example. The service was quick, thorough, and transparent, and I left confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend this location and especially appreciate Eli’s leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction.
