  Eli, the manager on duty, made my visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the services being performed, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was completed efficiently without making me feel rushed. The entire team worked well together, and it was obvious that Eli leads by example. The service was quick, thorough, and transparent, and I left confident that my vehicle had been well taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend this location and especially appreciate Eli’s leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction.   my wife’s car had hot air blowing out while on the ac setting. we went to this place. paid 200 bucks for ac service and they fixed it same day. the team and staff is very professional and respectful. so far no issues with her ac. was very happy with the service they provided.

  I was very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, the Valvoline on Connecticut Ave, in Norwalk has always been stellar service, recently we’ve been going to the shop in Port Chester, ny with equally stellar service. After moving to NC, I visited the shop on S 17 st in Wilmington, terrific service. I’m afraid the one on Oleander in Wilmington, however, did not measure up at all. Now granted, I pulled in at 6:55 PM, but they close 7:30, according to the website and it had been a hot day, but they seemed disappointed I showed up. If they were ready to close early - or if the closing time was earlier than 7:30 - they should have said something. It would have been better than the halfhearted service I received. Once in, they didn’t check my lights, or anything else. When finished, they didn’t offer to reset the dashboard like the other three stores I mentioned. Before leaving, he handed me my sticker, didn’t offer to replace the old one on the windshield, like the other stores do. It was quick but the service was not friendly and not helpful. Not what I am used to at other Valvoline shops.

  Very great service. Ricky and the other guys was pleased to help me with my vehicle on Sunday. They are very friendly and I will always choose oleander location for my oil change.
