My ask would be to remove the sign that’s by the road that clearly states “We do state inspections” when you don’t have the staff to perform these inspections. Staff does seem nice however.

We investigated and determined the manufacturer made the change because of a recall. He ordered the correct product from a parts store and still got us out of there in a timely manner. Then he gave us a price reduction because they didn’t have the correct oil in stock. Great guy.
