- NMNancy MoranApr 30, 20261.0I had my oil changed and state inspection doen. First of all they drained the oil from my car without making sure they had the correct oil to refill. They didnt. Luckily they were able to get some to complete the oil change. I had the inspection done and they charged me for emissions which is not required in Pender County. When I went to ask they told me it didnt matter. I was overcharged. I went to renew my reistration and there was no record of the inspection. The inspectin report they gave me for was entirely different car. No on will answer the phone to speak to them. I was brushed off about my concerns. I will not be using this location againin the future. I amy not even use valvoline because this has left a bad taste in my mouth

The technicians are professional, polite, experienced, and don’t push any extra add-ons. They get the job done efficiently, making sure it’s always done correctly. I’ve never had a problem here and will continue to go here for oil changes. Thank you!
