  Everybody is always super nice there, I've always had my oil changed at this particular Valvoline since 2005. I remember when they used to give carnations away to all the ladies. They don't do that anymore but it's still a great convenient, quick place to get stuff done on your car! Thank you everybody!

  Horrible experience today as a loyal customer of 3 years. Oil change tech approached my car while he was smoking and then got upset with me when I wouldn't roll down my window. The "manager" was equally disrespectful and unprofessional when I addressed the issue. Will never go there again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for the Valvoline crew! Excellent service from a fun, friendly, positive, and seriously hardworking team. They were fast, efficient, laughing, joking, and somehow managed to make getting an oil change actually entertaining. Honestly, I’m not sure I’ve ever had this much fun sitting in my car while people worked underneath it. 😂 The car left with fresh oil, I left smiling, and hopefully… THEY FINALLY FOUND THEIR RAGS. 🤣 Apparently there was a minor rag situation unfolding during my visit. I have no idea how it ended, but I’m emotionally invested now. Great crew, great service, great attitudes — and hopefully a full inventory of rags by closing time. 😂🛢️🚗

  Zah is the best!! I was super stressed about needing to get my inspection done and got there close to closing time. I had gone to multiple other inspection stations prior that either didn’t have someone there or weren’t willing to assist. Zah, Bam, and Andy were all super kind and willing to help. Very much appreciate their kindness! I wish I had cash to tip them- give these people a raise!! Amazing customer service.

  Went to get an oil change yesterday around 3pm at valvoline on 17th st, after the oil change my car was acting funny but I was in a rush to get to an event. After the event was over I was noticing that my car was underperforming like I could barely get into second gear or keep up to speed with other cars ( I have a 2024 Hyundai Elantra ), I make it home and get ready for bed. Wake up this morning and check the oil to realize I have no oil in my car. Like as if there was no oil put in at all.
