  Such a wonderful experience! I had an oil change & inspection completed. The technicians were so professional & helpful. They answered my questions with confidence & put my mind at ease. The services on took 15 minutes. The workers were all top notch! I highly recommend this location!

  I’ve been coming to Valvoline since I moved to Wilmington 4 years ago and I never had any problems except for the Valvoline on Orleander Dr but not here to review them. I want say that Dexter at the 17 St Valvoline is an excellent manager. He took care of me and replaced my left passenger front light which the guy at Orleander Dr Valvoline told me he couldn’t replace it cause he said I needed new wiring but Dexter fixed it. Will be going to 17 St Valvoline for now on.

  The service was terrific. I was met with a smile while waiting for a bay to open up. When it did I was greeted by BAM who was very informative and polite. He asked what I needed and then he and his colleagues proceeded to to the oil change and other checks on my vehicle. He answered my questions and another tech came and asked if he could look at the cabin air filter which hadn't happened on a previous visit. He too was very polite and did his check on it. I appreciated the low pressure of upsells that I get at another establishment. I also appreciate all of the other free checks on the vehicle, fluids and tires. It is a great price for the service and the $15.00 coupon is a really good incentive to keep going back.

  I recently went to the valvoline in Myrtle Grove NC for an inspection and oil change. I got to chat with Brian, and he is very personable. I was due for a transmission fluid flush at the time, but I couldn’t do it that day for personal reasons. I came back to that location to get the flush, and I was able to get to know Brian more, as well as see the other boys hard at work. Big shout out to Brian, Arynn, Andy, Elijah, Jake, and Twan for all their hard work. I will definitely be going back to this valvoline location and recommending it to friends.

  Update: My AC ended up being filled with 3x too much Freon here. I was then told maybe my AC was still not working because of my dying battery. I went to three other places and they all said the battery has nothing to do with AC. T&T Automotive was able to help me out at a reasonable price. The customer service at this Valvoline is great but I do wish they had put the correct amount of Freon in so I could have avoided this entire situation, and not given me false information that my battery was the issue. Brian was so helpful and knowledgeable. He clearly has the best intentions for his customers! I would recommend him and his team to anyone
