  Manager was very kind and informative. Looked has if his crew truly respected him. They all did a great job and gave great service. I was in and out in no time.

  Went here for a tire rotation and oil change prior to a long road trip. They did not tighten the lugnuts during tire rotation and I got a flat tire on interstate while going 70 mph. Almost costed me my life and I ended up stranded on interstate in unfamiliar area. Am back in town at another car service and they told me the flat tire was due to untightened lugnuts and unfortunately affected other tires so now I have to get two tires replaced as well and have spent over $500 on repairs and towing. When I called this valvoline location to speak to manager and explained the issue and concern and asked for reimbursement, the “manager” was unapologetic, didn’t say sorry or sound concerned with issue and told me to go somewhere else to file the claim. Do not come here. Recommend black tires in Wilmington or a place right over bridge near Leland. Big yikes!

  Avoid this shop like the plague. As I was sitting the in the waiting room the “inspector” that was assigned to my car vented after coming out of the managers office about it being a “great start to the week”. When he called me over he said the horn and emergency brake failed, when both operated perfectly. It seems like every year, when I go to this shop there is a disgruntled employee or some kind of controversy.
