  I’ve been going to Strickland brothers for my oil changes for at least the last 9 years and I always have such a pleasant and fast experience. The workers are always kind and welcoming, today I worked with Jahmar and he made sure I had a cold bottle of water in hand before he even knew what I came in for. They had me in and out even when they were busy. I’ve even come before because my car told me I was due for an oil change and they checked my oil levels and were honest with me and told me to come back in another 1000 miles instead of just doing it and taking my money. I trust these guys!

  It was my first visit there and I was very impressed. Jonathan Foster (manager) and his staff on that day were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to make other purchases and my list of concerns were handled promptly.

  I went in for an oil change last week and now have an oil leak I’ve never had before. I called the store and corporate to advise of the leak as I am out of town and the voicemail goes to a box that does not exist. I called other locations and get the same error. Then the AI gave me a website instead of a valid email address and have spent about an hour trying to contact them. My reserved spot has not had any oil spots and after my oil change there are drippings. I will edit the review if they correct the situation.

  I came in expecting the usual “your car needs 47 additional services” speech, but instead I got fast service, a great price, and a team of genuinely friendly and funny guys who didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Overall, it was a great customer service, zero pressure, and a refreshing experience. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

  My first time using their service. I had my car inspected and the oil changed. They used my coupon for the oil change. I was in and out in under an hour. The service was great. They offer you a bottle of water the minute you get there. All of them are so polite and they keep you informed every step of the way. All in all it was a great experience and I have already told my granddaughter about them. I will be using them from now on.
