  Came in for routine oil change. Team found issues created from previous business that did my last oil change. They took on the challenge and corrected the problem after an additional 40 minutes of work for them. Their service was tremendous!

  Quick, professional service at a fair price! I didn’t feel upsold at all and even though they were closing shortly they made sure I was good to go and still offered to rotate my tires. Thanks guys!

  I had an urgency with a low tire. I pulled in & was handed a cold water. After a brief discussion, all 4 tires were topped off with air, replaced missing valve stem caps and tires were rotated. I was driving back out in 15 minutes. Professional and friendly staff. I will be back for my state inspection.

  UPDATE*** CHANGING TO 1 STAR: I had my oil change on the 12th, on the 13th I discovered I had an oil leak for the first time. I called the Wilmington location and they were great about trying to get me help. I was stranded on the side of the road with a young puppy in the blazing heat. The Wilmington location contacted the Fayetteville location. Two of the Fayetteville employees drove out to try to help me. They jacked the car up and “didn’t see a leak”. They took a dipstick and said it was “fine”. They tightened the bottom more, but that was all. The Fayetteville location said that the Wilmington location “poured the oil too fast” and that I should expect to see a very small amount of oil drip out of the bottom of the car. I trusted them, as I thought I could. I drove the car a couple of hours to a different city, and as I was going to leave on Sunday I was screamed at to stop my car. It was pouring oil. We did a dipstick and there was no oil on the dipstick. It had to be towed by AAA to a Kia factory, where they confirmed that the leak was 100% coming from the oil filter. I had no oil in the car. This company has caused a week of dread, now not having a vehicle, and extra money to install a new oil filter, have the oil replaced, and the engine cleaned from the oil that went into everywhere. I am appalled by the companies complete lack of knowledge in knowing what they were doing. This one simple oil change has ended up costing HUNDREDS of dollars to repair. I never will use this company again, as they could have completely destroyed my car. I would recommend you stay far away too. Original: had a really awesome experience today. Both the employees were so kind and quick. They explained everything they were doing for me, which is great for a girl who knows nothing about cars (me!). They had such great attitudes despite the raging heat. AND they handed US water bottles. Please give these guys a visit for your next oil change/inspection/filter replacements. I actually live an hour away from here but I’ll drive back here for future changes and inspections.
