  Got my subwoofer and back up camera hooked up by Doug and Joe. They did an amazing job, I didn’t have all the parts but they hooked me up. My car was done before I thought it was going to be and not too pricy. Definitely recommend Soundtronics to anyone.

  Just got my 26 GMC sierra truck fitted with all new speakers and they added my subwoofers into it as well. Mark was a great customer service person and easy to deal with explained everything very thoroughly. Doug was my installer and he was going over every detail with me when I dropped it off to make sure we got it right the first time and they nailed it. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. really enjoy everyone there. It’s nice to see John. The owner is always on site as well. Keep up the good work guys I am going to rock on thanks to you.

  Soundtronics is the best A/V outfit in wilmington. Very professional and knowledgeable. The tech Doug food a fast professional install. I am 100%satisfied and will be returning there for A/V needs.

  The stereo in my 2002 Tacoma work truck died last week. I stopped by Soundtronics, and they fixed me right up! I talked about options with Conner, and then Doug swapped in a new Pioneer stereo that same day! Now I can listen to the radio, Bluetooth in with my phone to make clear calls through the stereo, and much more! Thanks guys!!

  Had a really bad experience with a big box store that installed two radios in my car, both of which failed, one during the warranty, the second after the warranty expired. Which of course they wouldn't honor. I got a recommendation from my local car care shop for Soundtronics as being "very reasonable and very honest". They hit the nail right on the head. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called. John in sales was extremely helpful, showing me numerous options at numerous price points. Doug, the installer was also extremely professional and had the job done in no time. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a personal experience, where they care about their customers, as opposed to a big box store experience, where they don't. Not to mention their waiting room was the bomb!
