  My work order was put under my insurance when I selected for it it to be paid out of pocket. They tried to fix it but made the situation worse. I paid with after pay which was over $200 and then their system reversed my Afterpay and canceled it but guess what I can’t use Afterpay again because it’s still on there. So I had to pay the full amount out of pocket which was $700 something. Previously they did charge me over $900. But gave me a discount since I was having trouble. Initially when I called I spoke with 2 ppl. The second person put me on hold and then hung up on me. Then I called again and spoke with 2 more ppl. After everything was finally squared away and my windshield got fixed. I went to pick up my vehicle at a friend’s house. We noticed glass from the windshield on the driveway and in the grass. I was very embarrassed because my friends did me a favor for allowing my vehicle to stay at their house till it got fixed. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. The only thing positive I can say about anything is the people were nice. The ladies at the main office that I spoke with and even the guy that was sent to change out my windshield. All very nice people but glass and the whole debacle of the work order and payment sucks and not cool

  Your tech was very professional and knowledgeable. His work was excellent, and he finished in the allotted time without any problems. Wears the Safelite uniform proudly and his job is excellent thank you for sending such an experience person to work on my car. I should’ve done this sooner. Safelite save my day thank you so much. I will definitely refer you to other others. From customer service to the end of my windshield replacement was an awesome experience very very professional thank you. Myra R.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  Called multiple times 15 minutes before closing and no answer. I was charged twice for my windshield replacement . I had a relative pick my car up and they used there card and shortly before closing they called me to tell me they didn’t have a payment even though the car was driven off the lot and paid for.

  Had a pretty frustrating experience with Safelite AutoGlass. Tech came out to replace my windshield and got the job done, but accidentally snapped a screw on my windshield wiper during the process. Told me they’d have to order a special part, so I’ve basically been without working wipers since then… which is obviously not ideal. A week goes by and I hear nothing. No follow-up, no update. I end up texting the tech myself, he comes back out… and brings the wrong part. Now I’m being told I have to wait again or schedule a warranty appointment. Still haven’t heard a word from the actual office, and it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone locally. What should’ve been a simple windshield replacement turned into a hassle because of poor communication and lack of follow-through. Pretty disappointing EDIT: After calling the phone number mentioned below to “resolve” it took 3 customer service reps and a customer care complaint to finally secure another appointment for repair, it is now May 12 and original appointment was April 20th.
