They deal with the insurance company and know how to navigate that world. The only thing to be aware of is that it takes quite awhile. My car was in the shop for almost a month. Worth the wait in my opinion but better to know ahead of time.

Everyone here genuinely cares and they will treat your property like it is theirs and that not only rare but unheard of these days. If you ever need ANYTHING done to your vehicle or anything that you own, don’t second guess! This is the ONLY option and you will never regret your decision. It’s the best place I have found. I am thankful for Matt at Land Rover giving them 2 thumbs up, I trust him and he is right. They communicate effectively and you will never have to check in, on your own, they will keep you in the loop and again, unheard of! Thank you all again!!!

Not only did they change their pricing multiple times (for parts THEY broke taking off the door), but they didn't even put it back together properly. The wires for the window were disconnected and it wouldn't go up or down and the lock latch was broken when it wasn't before. The insurance had pictures of everything before repairs were done and they clearly damaged it. The paint also started bubbling two months after the repairs were done. Do not trust this place!
