  Parkway Volvo deserves all the praise! My sister and I were in town for a family emergency. Today we were going to head back and then her car sounded terrible and her check engine light came on. We called and asked if they could service it today and we were told that they could run diagnostics to see what the error code was to let us know if it was safe for the five hour drive home. And guess what? We dropped it off and they discovered the problem, and replaced the part in 1.5 hours. I am happy to say we are driving her car home as I type this. They were so kind during an impossible time for our family. Eddie(service desk), Ari(the shuttle driver) and Andy(mechanic) put a smile on our faces today and we will thankfully be home very soon! I work in customer service and this staff knows the true meaning of hospitality! A little kindness can truly change the trajectory of someone’s day. Way to go Parkway Volvo!

  By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jason E was knowledgeable, and able to help guide our decision to purchase a Volvo XC90. His no pressure and patient approach was just what we wanted. We will seek his assistance with our next Volvo purchase.

  I never write reviews, but I will for Parkway Volvo. The atmosphere felt immediately welcoming and warm. The process was made to feel straightforward and simple - and that is exactly what it was! Thank you so very much for everything! We walked out with two S60s in two days. Matt and Ryan were absolutely exceptional and we could not recommend this facility more. This was not the typical car dealership experience you’d find elsewhere. Thank you!
