  I really do like this specific National Car Rental over any other National, and for sure any other rental company. In fact, I actively rent from here over 70 days a year for work, and often choose to rent a car and drive rather than fly. The staff has remained consistent, professional, and friendly every time; even when they are busy. The reason I like this National is because the staff asks me about my needs and what car will best fit my needs, but most importantly, they always are able to fix any issues or concerns on the spot! Big shout to the manager Sydney, and the desk agents; 10/10, Will continue to rent from here, and I look forward to the Emerald Isle being completed.

  Overall, the service was good. Trying to receive my upgrade was very hard took about 45 minutes of arguing when they had all kinds of extra vehicles. I would like to shut out the young man when I brought my car back. He was a guy who took your information as an attorney or in the parking lot. as an attorney or in the parking lot. I am disabled. I am disabled. And asked him if I could get any kind of assistance and he was so very helpful. Got me a driver to drive my luggage up to the airport, which is approximately two blocks uphill. I really appreciate the effort.

  The person on the desk was very helpful in deed, and helped me with my phone to do maps for the rout. The only downside there was no car's with Sat Nav, GPS

  I had to book a flight to Wilmington due to my Mother being admitted to the ICU. We reserved a vehicle and received a confirmation number. When I got to the desk to pick up the car I was told there were no cars for me and that they were 50 cars short. They also said that because I booked less than 24 hours prior to arrival that a car was not guaranteed. I’m afraid that critical care patients don’t schedule their medical emergencies 24 hours in advance. I had to pay 300 dollars in cab fare to get to the hospital she was admitted to. In addition both my sisters that flew in from different parts off the US were also denied rentals due to overbooking when they had confirmed reservations.. Do not trust this agency to follow through on reservations. They mean nothing.
