  I have rented from this location more times than I can count and although every experience hasn't been perfect, it's never been due to the customer service. I want to recognize Deb and Angel specifically because they have always made sure I am taken care of. At the airport you have a plethora of car rental choices but because of these two lovely ladies, I only recommend National. Thank you both for your years of customer service, it is greatly appreciated.

  Check in and drop off was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly. They will be the first place I check when I'm pricing rentals

  I rented a car from National at the Wilmington Airport during a business trip last week and I was extremely satisfied with the amazing customer service, the cleanliness of the vehicle, and I was in my car on my way very quickly. Great job to the staff at National at Wilmington Airport. See you next time.

  I rent from National/Enterprise dozens of times per year for work. When I went to drop off my recent car at Richmond International Airport, there was no one there to guide me to the correct lane in which to drop off my car. When I parked, an attendant came up and yelled at me for choosing the wrong lane and then forced me to move the car to another one rather than do it herself. She also yelled at me through the process. This has never occurred to me before at any other drop off. As I walked towards the terminal, the attendant continued to insult me and I noticed several National/Enterprise staff sitting around throughout the terminal area not occupied with a task. I feel like there was thus enough staffing to have one individual help navigate individuals returning cars to the correct line and spot. The staff at Richmond International were completely unprofessional and I will pause before I use National or Enterprise at that location again.
