Double check the return processes for smaller airports if they don’t explain it to you. National does not have a 24 hour customer service line if it’s not an emergency. I almost missed my flight sitting waiting for the counter to open in Wilmington, NC.

I really do like this specific National Car Rental over any other National, and for sure any other rental company. In fact, I actively rent from here over 70 days a year for work, and often choose to rent a car and drive rather than fly. The staff has remained consistent, professional, and friendly every time; even when they are busy. The reason I like this National is because the staff asks me about my needs and what car will best fit my needs, but most importantly, they always are able to fix any issues or concerns on the spot! Big shout to the manager Sydney, and the desk agents; 10/10, Will continue to rent from here, and I look forward to the Emerald Isle being completed.
