  Even though I didn't end up using this shop for my repairs due to insurance, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the exceptional customer service I received. Darien was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped guide me through a stressful situation with kindness and genuine care. It's not often you come across someone who is willing to go above and beyond for a customer, especially when there's no guarantee they'll get the business. Darien's willingness to help left a lasting impression on me. While insurance ultimately required me to go in a different direction, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Darien is a true asset to the team. Thank you again for all of your help!

  I had a great experience here; I really appreciated all the help from everyone here after my car was hit. Cody and Darien were amazing throughout everything and made the whole process so much easier for me. They went out of their way to help, kept me updated, and were genuinely kind and supportive the entire time. Couldn’t recommend them more.

  My car was in desperate need of body work and paint. To say these guys did an awesome job is an understatement. It looks better than new. They treated my car as if it were their own and treated me like family. I won't go anywhere else.

  Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop. These guys kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and never once made me feel forgotten about while waiting on parts to come in. Every update was communicated clearly, and they were super reassuring. Their pricing was fair, the work was great, and they went out of their way to help remove paint off my car at no extra charge. Big shoutout to Darien specifically for being so communicative and reassuring throughout the whole process. He made everything feel way less stressful, kept me updated constantly, and was just genuinely easy to work with. You can tell he actually cares about the people he’s helping and not just getting the job done. Highly recommend!!
