We were working through the pricing, trade in, etc., then,,,, she was ghost. She disappeared. No longer responding to any emails, texts or phone calls. I left messages, spoke to the others, who assured me that she was there, but no response. I really thought all was going well. No sales manager called me back either, they must have too many leads to run on. I have been RVing for a long time and have bought many units, this RV was quite expensive and was well worth the time. I am well qualified, have money, good credit, etc. This is an awful way to treat prospects. I can't imagine how they treat you AFTER they get your money. To say that I'm disappointed is an incredible understatement. I bought this unit elsewhere. They actually wanted to sell me a motorhome. Who would have guessed it?
