  Customer service and communication were not great any of the times I've been here for repairs. The mechanic who spoke to me was incredibly awkward- would stare into the distance when I explained what was wrong, and I had to prompt basic responses multiple times- and didn't readily answer my questions. Repairs were done relatively promptly while I waited there; parts pricing seemed reasonable, but I was slightly overcharged for labor time. Last time I went for 2 repairs (brake pads and AC), both were left unfinished- they gave my car back with the AC paneling still sitting on the dashboard (had to request that they reattach it before leaving), and a metal coat hanger hanging from my right front suspension (which I can only assume was used for the brake pad repair process, but definitely should have been removed before allowing me to drive away with it). When I tried to return during the posted business hours to check out the weird noise from the front right side (which ended up being a METAL HANGER), they were not open. I ended up driving down the road to another mechanic who has turned out to be much more reliable- they rectified the issues for no charge. The repairs themselves seem to be holding up fine, but leaving the details unfinished is unacceptable. Unfortunately I will not be returning here due to the poor customer service and incomplete work performed on my vehicle.

  3 times my son has gone by there to get an oil change. I know 5:30 is pushing it a little bit, due to them closing at 6. Every time, they are closed. But he works full time. I guess 3rd times the charm to not go back ever. Its an oil change. Poor management if that call is to head out early every day. Hopefully its only this one location.

  Alan and his team were amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Alan did not push anything on me but explained services I might consider. I truly know they go above and beyond for their customers and would recommend this shop to anyone. I was also impressed with how fast the service was to boot. Thanks Alan!

  I was really impressed with my service last Wednesday. I got three warnings from the police about my hatch lights not working, they got me right in, my lights were fixed in such a timely manner and the two guys I talked to were amazing. My experience could not have gone better
