- SJSherry Johnson2 days ago5.0I apparently ran over something and my tire was hissing with the air coming out. I pumped it up in the Food Lion Parking lot next door and it lost 6lbs of air from there to Grease Monkey in North Chase. Johnny immediately found the hole and plugged it. I said thank you and he responded, "I just want to get people back on the road." What an awesome guy and a great first impression on how you do your business. I'll be back, but hopefully for maintenance and not an emergency.
- BSbrooke scozzariSep 8, 20261.0Went to get my car serviced , called in advance for pricing . Once I got there gave a total different price and refused service . Stay away..
- CCChevellmanssAug 13, 20261.0Showed up 5 mins after 8 Friday morning Place was locked up tight customers waiting all over the place Grease monkey is a bunch of goofballs How many chances do you give a local business I’m done
- JCJamal CarterAug 11, 20265.0I despise getting oil changes from places like take 5 or Valvoline so when I moved here I was glad to find this place . They quickly and kindly changed my oil . I’ll be back !
- MVMiya VasquezAug 5, 20265.0When I tell you these guys were an independent woman’s God send! Normally I perform my own oil changes, but the angel of this bolt got the best of me. Made one phone call and off I was. I’ve been here for maybe ten minutes and they extracted my bolt and worked with me to use the oil and oil filter I already had with an extremely decent price. Not to mention, they offered to put my skip plate back on with ALL my plastic clasps. They also assured me if I busted any (which if you know you know) they have extra in the shop! Would give a 20/5 if I could. Thanks Jonny&Adam! You both are the best!
