- JRJamie Rozell4 days ago5.0I highly recommend Gene’s tire and auto care in Wilmington, NC! I had an excellent experience! I was able to smoothly book my appointment online. I received a text message reminding me about my appointment the day before. When I walked in Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! My Tire pressure light has been on on my dash board for months. I had taken it somewhere else and they said that I must have a bad tire sensor but sometimes it’s better to just replace them all at once. I took it into Gene’s shop preparing myself to possibly be paying for all new sensors and possibly a tire rotation. I knew that it could end up being over $700. John was the mechanic who looked over my Toyota FJ. They called me with the good news before I even got home. They said that my spare tire just needed some air and that my tires were not ready to be rotated yet. They checked all of the sensors and they were all good as well. I am grateful to experience people and a shop with honesty and good character! And I will definitely be back! They made a loyal customer out of me already!

Michael and crew worked quickly on Monday to diagnose the issue and replace the faulty parts. We were on our way back home by 2pm. A million thanks for the quick turnaround and great repair!
