  Kudos to all the good Enterprise employees at 2309 S. College in Wilmington, N. Carolina. Outstanding customer service from the start of my travels to the finish for my April 2026 trip. Its why I only use this Wilmington Enterprise branch. Special thanks to the current Branch Manager for all of his help and assistance.

  Can't say enough good things about this location. Most notable attribute is that the staff here is absolutely, unequivocally clutch! Not to mention, the rental process is so streamlined that you can literally be in and out the door in under 5mins. Never had a problem with a car from here, but with the level of service I've had, I'm 100% confident they'd take care of me. Big shout out to Harrison!

  Enterprise offers an excellent selection of vehicles, from Mercedes Sprinter vans to high-end options like Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. It’s impressive to have so many quality choices available, making it easy to find the right vehicle for any need. That said, my experience with the manager, Harrison, was disappointing. While the overall service and fleet deserve high praise, his attitude came across as arrogant and rude, which took away from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would still recommend this location for the outstanding vehicle selection, but I hope management addresses the customer service aspect to ensure a consistently positive experience.
