  I have initially rented a car in this location and they where super friendly.. but this time that I went yesterday I told this girl(Emma) i didn’t make reservations online bc I wanted to come straight for yall for the reservation and proceed with the payment that way when I come for the car I save a little bit of time. But she ended up not helping at all nd recommended to make the reservation online nd pay later. will never go back at this location anymore..

  Avoid Enterprise in Wilmington at all costs. This is the second time they’ve completely failed to deliver the luxury vehicle I booked.I reserved a luxury convertible (Mustang or similar) a MONTH in advance for a 4-day vacation rental. I called the day before pickup to confirm (they didn't even call me)— both the College & Shipyard location and the Market Street branch said they didn’t have it and couldn’t get one. They told me to call the airport location myself. That’s not my job — it’s theirs. I ended up with a BMW X2. It’s a decent SUV, but it’s not what I booked or paid for. Last time (April) they gave me a Kia instead of the luxury car I reserved and only offered a 10% discount plus a free tank of gas. This time they gave me 15% off. Pathetic compensation for repeated failures.I called the Enterprise call center 3–4 times asking for escalation and a manager callback. I was promised follow-up every single time. I never heard from anyone. Not once. While I was sitting in the lobby, a staff member told another customer they needed to call other branches themselves to find a car. I have it on video. The manager later admitted that other locations get upset when staff calls to request vehicles, so they just make the customer do it instead. That’s not customer service — that’s laziness and incompetence. Corporate has zero accountability. They take your money for a luxury reservation, give you whatever they feel like, and then ignore you when you complain. I will never rent from Enterprise again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Isabella.... you have my phone number. If you want to speak to me, call me. I've already called your call center multiple times and documented this issue. Calling your call center has produced 0 results. UPDATE - A regional manager contacted me and made this right. I appreciate hearing from him and the work he did to keep me as a customer.

  The car was clean and easy to drive..the agent Emma was very friendly and made me feel relaxed, she also checked me back in when I brought the car back. She has excellent customer service..

  Gotta love getting a call one hour before your reservation to be informed that every location in your city has zero inventory. If you actually want to get a rental in Wilmington NC do not even waste your time with these jokers.
