    After many flight delays, we arrived in Wilmington NC a small airport. The car rental co. I had prepaid and called to let them know we will be late at night. They promised to have someone stay over nightshift. No one was there when we arrived at 1:00am. WE are stranded , no one around at all. Except on person off the clock and closing at the Enterprise Car Rental counter. She took total care of us and got us on our way in a new rental. I believe her name was Emily. Thank you for a job well done !!

    Awesome customer service by Emily My booking had doubled up taxes being a one way and using points, but she took the time to sort it with her manager, saving me a good bit of money

    The communication at this location is awful! I left a parking pass in the vehicle only to realize it after the car was returned- I called and spoke to someone who stated they would call me right back after checking and my boyfriend also spoke to someone and was told the same thing. No one called either of us back nor answered the phone when we called again. I called 4 times this morning with no answer and ultimately had to drive 45 minutes to the airport just to be told the parking pass was thrown out! Better communication would have been appreciated and would have saved me time to enjoy my vacation.

    Terrible customer service and not willing to help. Drove 3 hours after confirming a rental to then be told they wont have a rental for me for at least 6 hours.
