We went in for a last minute rental, and he found us something despite being low on inventory. I heard multiple people be rude to him both in person and on the phone, but he never wavered in his polite attitude. He was hustling the whole time… it seemed like the place would have no chance of running without him!

The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. At the end of the week, they allowed me to drop the vehicle off at an alternate location convenient to where I was buying a new car. I had a great experience.
