  I rarely leave reviews, though this Enterprise location at 6721 Market Street deserves every bit of praise. From the beginning, the entire team treated my family with kindness, patience and professionalism during an incredibly stressful situation. Our family was involved in a serious car accident, and the rental process lasted much longer than expected because it involved a hit-and-run. Throughout the entire ordeal, Tim, the manager, went above and beyond to help us. He was professional, empathetic and truly genuine. He even took the time to talk cars with my son, which brought some much-needed lightness to a very difficult experience. That small act of kindness meant the world to me and became a true silver lining during a hard time. Every staff member we encountered was upbeat, friendly, courteous and professional. They made us feel welcome every time we walked through the door and consistently provided top-notch service. Enterprise should use this location as an example of what exceptional customer service looks like. Tim and his team represent the company incredibly well. I would highly recommend the 6721 Market Street location to anyone looking for a courteous, dependable team that genuinely cares about the people they serve. They are truly the BEST!!

  The vehicle smelled like smoke covered up with air freshener, and I am not about to let my one year old breathe that in for days on end. My personal vehicle is a Ford Expedition, but it was in the shop, still is actually but I returned my rental. The only thing they would rent me was a Corolla because of my age, even though I have full-coverage insurance in case something happened. I am a full-time working mom and wife, never even been pulled over. I have a large vehicle for a reason and my son's carseat barely fit in the back of the rental. I'm not one to cry wolf, but this felt like a very age-descriminatory experience and it caused a huge inconvenience for me and my family.

  We were visiting Wilmington and had car troubles. Tim, Chris and the lady working on 06-24-26 at the Market St location went above and beyond in helping us find a suitable rental in a quick amount of time. Thank you North Market St crew.

  I’ll be honest—my experience with Enterprise started off on a very disappointing note. My wife had made a reservation online, and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was frustrated to find that the vehicle I reserved was not available. What made matters worse was that there didn’t appear to be a suitable replacement ready, and the explanations I was given for the lack of preparation didn’t inspire much confidence. For a company with Enterprise’s reputation, I expected a much smoother and better-prepared experience. However, what could have turned into a completely negative review was saved by another Enterprise location. The staff there stepped in, offered solutions, and worked hard to keep my business. Most importantly, they handled the situation professionally. Rather than speaking negatively about the other location, they focused on helping me and de-escalating a situation that had left me pretty upset. Because of their professionalism, customer service, and willingness to listen, I left feeling heard, valued, and satisfied with the outcome. The return process was just as smooth and pleasant as the pickup experience at that location, which reinforced my confidence in their team. While my initial experience was disappointing, the outstanding service I received afterward changed my overall impression. If I need to rent from Enterprise again, I will absolutely return to that same location. They earned my business through professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service.
