  The week of July 17 - July 27 my wife and I rented a Jeep Wagoneer for a family vacation leaving on the 18th. On our pick-up date the Wagoneer had been damaged leaving us without the size vehicle large enough for a family of 7 plus luggage! Due to the lateness of the hour and after the location manager, Tim, was unable to secure a different vehicle, we had to settle for a Honda Odyssey! The plan was to drive the Honda down to Orlando, since only five of us were leaving then! My son and grandson flew ahead of us since my grandson had to report early for a baseball program! Tim was going to work to have a Wagoner ready for us on the return trip! The plan didn’t quite work out! It seems everyone and their mother rented a Jeep Wagoneer that weekend! We ended up driving the Honda back! The reason I gave them a “Five star” rating, my wife and I are funeral directors and are very aware of how the slightest detail can turn a beautiful memory into a very tragic occasion not soon forgotten! Tim did everything I believe possible to make our trip special! All in all we had a great vacation/baseball camp! Upon our return, Tim went one step further and reduced the cost of the rental even though, the problem was not a result of anything Enterprise had done! Compared to the reaction we got from the Orlando airport, one of no compassion or understanding, Tim deserves 10 stars!!

  Wonderful location. The few times ive been in here the staff was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. They make the process of renting, returning etc. Very easy! Thank you!

The cars I have rented have been clean and late model cars with no issues, the online rental registration and prepay option have made for an easy and fast pickup and the onsite customer service representatives have all been top notch and easy to work with. Don’t hesitate to use Enterprise as your first choice for car rental in Wilmington, NC!
