  I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and I just had to take a moment to recognize Aubree at the Castle Hayne branch because she is an absolute rockstar employee. This young lady was running the entire branch ALONE on an extremely busy Friday, and somehow she managed to keep everything moving smoothly. She was balancing a full lobby of customers while also helping prepare vehicles, all without ever losing her composure. In all my years renting from Enterprise, I have honestly never seen anything like it. What impressed me most was the way she handled the pressure. No matter how hectic things became, Aubree remained calm, friendly, professional, and attentive to every single customer. She even had to navigate a difficult situation with an upset customer who was frustrated because there wasn’t a vehicle available and she had small children with her. Aubree handled it with patience, grace, and genuine professionalism. Employees like Aubree are incredibly rare these days. Her work ethic, attitude, and ability to perform under pressure were truly exceptional. Enterprise should feel extremely fortunate to have someone like her representing the company. If I were hiring, she is exactly the kind of employee I would want on my team. I sincerely hope Enterprise recognizes what an absolute jewel they have in Aubree. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that left me genuinely impressed. Exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and she absolutely deserves the recognition.

  I wanted to rent a car that I was looking to purchase for a short trip out of town cause my fiancée needed tires on her car. I spoke with the first enterprise agent asking for two specific cars to rent. I was told that the cars were in the fleet and that one of the two cars would be reserved for me. One hour later, I got a call back to confirm the rental. Second employee was informed that if I can’t get one of the two cars, that I don’t want or need a rental. I was told that notes were entered in the reservation. I stated again that if the cars is not available to let me know and I’d rent from another location. I was never informed that one of the two cars were not available. On the day of pickup for the rental, on our way out of town, we were told that those cars were not available by the local branch office. Obviously this was hard to hear and hard to understand. There was no miscommunication. Your team mislead me and at the last minute expected me to take whatever car was available. I canceled my reservation with enterprise and went to look for another rental option. Unfortunately, no other cars were available to rent at any of the rental locations. Because my fiancée needed tires on her car and we didn’t have time to get new tires for the trip, we went back to the branch to rent a car. Luckily, the branch agent was able to get us in a car. This whole rental experience was a nightmare.

  I had to get an insurance replacement after an accident and these employees are soooo busy and constantly trying to get people into cars when they don’t have any 😭 I was really stressed with the aftermath of the accident but they did get me into a very nice rental the next day, and they were all so kind and hardworking. The staff really deserves recognition for how much they do just trying to keep people happy and make things work. And Emily was an angel to talk to, she made me feel soo seen and was so kind and funny. Such an angel! All the staff was great though, thank you guys for taking care of me 🫶🏼

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. They had called me ahead of time to let me know that they couldn't book my reservation due to it being spring break season, and every car at every rental place in the city was booked out. Well this is where my own personal Superman, Jeremy McAlister, comes in. First, he was just so kind and apologetic, and graciously let me use their space to try to figure out my next move. The next thing I know, I hear him making calls left and right, trying to find me a car. HE DID IT! He found a car from another location and had it brought to this location immediately. I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes. Jeremy helped me get to the next chapter in my life, and he truly strengthened my already budding belief in a higher power. God was working through Jeremy, and that man should be up for sainthood. THANK YOU, JEREMY!
