- KLkyle lohnSep 25, 20241.0Ordered a battery online. Came in, was told that this location does not install batteries and I would need to take a my battery to the nearest Advanced auto parts to have it installed. The woman tried to say it was a common misconception that this location installs batteries. Meanwhile there is a giant advertisement on the front window that reads “FREE BATTERY TESTING & INSTALLATION”. Then I am told to return the old battery to the location when I was done. This woman also made me come into the employee only section in the back and pick up my own battery from their shelves. She said she threw her shoulder out. Seemed fine to chase me down to sign a receipt.
- AGAaron GazcaApr 19, 20231.0I ordered online and got here at 5:50. Upon arrival, I noticed employees that were outside running inside the building like children. When I walked up to the door, it was locked, and they had turned the lights off. They were supposed to close at 6, and I guess they wanted to leave early. Pathetic and unacceptable. This was the only non work vehicle parked outside, so I assume they are responsible. (Photo attached)
- WMWayne ManningFeb 2, 20194.0Very knowledgeable staff I work in my truck myself and have my whole life. They know what I'm talking about when I go in. They sell high quality parts (well I'm sure made in China) but pretty much everything is these days however they're parts fit well and just have a better feel and look to them.
