  Car that was reserved was not available, instead was given a mini van for just two people. Could have been used for a family that needed it. Car broken down 4 days into trip. Was given a 2nd car that smelled like cigarettes and also had issues. Service and staff were great but cars were completely unreliable

  I recently had the best experience renting from Alamo at the Wilmington Airport location. Employees at the counter and car check in were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the car was so clean and well kept ! Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely continue using Alamo !

  Efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pickup and return. I rented a SUV that was clean, reliable, and drove well! Will definitely rent from here again.

  Firstly, the clerk was fast and efficient. She didn’t try to force any product on me I didn’t ask for. There was no paper to sign, she handed me the keys and said go to A106. I really like that. The truck was new, clean and wonderful. Gas was full. The return was a little confusing, a guy not in a uniform eventually wandered up and asked if we were returning Alamo. We said yes, and he scanned the vin and took the keys. Done deal. I liked that.
