Jhymier made the pickup process quick, easy, and stress-free, and Jordan was just as helpful when I returned the vehicle. Both of them were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The rental car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. The pricing was also very reasonable for my situation, making it an even better experience. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to help. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and want to thank Jhymier and Jordan for providing such great service. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

One employee, a very tall young man, was courteous and helpful, but unfortunately the overall service was unacceptable. I reserved a full-size SUV because I have four children. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, only compact cars were available. The vehicle I was given had a very strong cigarette odor, making it unpleasant to use. Over the past four days, I have called multiple times in an attempt to obtain a larger vehicle, but I have been told that no locations have one available. Due to the poor communication, lack of availability, and condition of the vehicle provided, I would not recommend using Enterprise Rent-A-Car UPDATE: when they tell you to reach out to customer service to resolve your issue, don't bother. it's a waste of time. i have yet to hear from anyone.
