  Horrible service and extremely disappointing follow-through. I called and booked a rental for the following morning for my client, who needed transportation to Kentucky. I provided both my contact information and my client’s, along with my email address for the confirmation. The branch left my client a voicemail saying they did not have a vehicle available, but never contacted me the person who made the reservation. No call, no email, and no effort to make sure we received the message or had another option. This left my client without the transportation we had arranged. When I spoke with branch personnel, their response came across as indifferent. They seemed to feel that leaving one voicemail was all they needed to do. Good customer service would have meant trying both numbers on file, contacting the person who booked the rental, or sending an email. If you can email a reservation confirmation, you should be able to email a notice that the vehicle is unavailable. To make matters worse, I was told an area director would call me personally to help find a vehicle and arrange transportation for my client. That call never came. Thankfully, I did not wait for that promised callback. I contacted Avis at the airport, and they provided a vehicle the same day at a lower price. The lack of communication, concern, and follow-through was unacceptable. Leaving a voicemail does not resolve the problem when a customer is counting on a confirmed reservation. Customers deserve an effort to help, especially when the company cannot provide the service it booked.

  Day 3 of no rental car. Reservation was planned ahead of time though my insurance company. And when the day came to picked up the rental. It was none available. Steady going back and forth and still nothing. So no I don’t recommend this location.

  I would give this office and Jordan negative stars if I could. Last customer of the day, Jordan indicated the condition issues had been documented. The condition issues were serious, but I was desperate and Jordan knew it. When I dropped the car off today, a report was filed as if I damaged the vehicle because Jordan had failed to document the condition. He took advantage of my situation and used me to transfer a badly damaged vehicle to another location. Do NOT do business with the Williamston office of Enterprise.

  I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise location in Williamston! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Jhymier made the pickup process quick, easy, and stress-free, and Jordan was just as helpful when I returned the vehicle. Both of them were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The rental car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed. The pricing was also very reasonable for my situation, making it an even better experience. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to help. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and want to thank Jhymier and Jordan for providing such great service. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

  I like that I was able to get the van at exactly 8:30 and the vehicle was very dependable and the cost was affordable. Checking out was super easy too.
