  I had a very disappointing experience with this location. One employee, a very tall young man, was courteous and helpful, but unfortunately the overall service was unacceptable. I reserved a full-size SUV because I have four children. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, only compact cars were available. The vehicle I was given had a very strong cigarette odor, making it unpleasant to use. Over the past four days, I have called multiple times in an attempt to obtain a larger vehicle, but I have been told that no locations have one available. Due to the poor communication, lack of availability, and condition of the vehicle provided, I would not recommend using Enterprise Rent-A-Car UPDATE: when they tell you to reach out to customer service to resolve your issue, don't bother. it's a waste of time. i have yet to hear from anyone.

  Reserved a vehicle well ahead of the date. Arrived for the pick-up. No vehicle was available. The other customers and I were told no vehicles would be available until the afternoon. There was no notification on my ENTERPRISE app about “car not on site” which would have been helpful in order for me to make arrangements beforehand. At least, not make the unnecessary drive to Williamston for the pick-up. In a past experience, I had to wait for a vehicle to be cleaned and I was over an hour late leaving the ENTERPRISE location. This is unacceptable when the vehicle is rented to transport someone to an appointment.
