  Wonderful customer service. The agent had lots of cars not come back or were wrecked over the weekend. He had 1 car on lot that just came in that day like 30min before we got there. It was the next phase of cars up from what we rented. However our name was at the top of his list that had Reserved cars for today. He had just been blasted by the customer in front of us which was uncalled for. He has no control over when people bring back there cars. He cant go to their houses and get them. So bottom line we got the 1 car, technically an upgrade for us which made us very pleased.

  It is small and short staffed, but they are awesome! Very kind, sweet and attentive to what you say. It restored my Faith in enterprise rentals! I would do business here any day!

  I called to make a reservation online then I call Wilkesboro and they say the car won't be there for 5 days I always try to get a compact car for $37 I get there they said they don't even have those cars anymore but they'll book the reservation so it's 50 some dollars a day this last time the whole front end shook if I went over 45 miles an hour on the highway I would have traded it in but they don't have any cars ever

  After a reservation was made several days in advance, we received a confirmation a few days after that. We put in the credit card information. We went to pick up the car the next afternoon and was told that they over booked and no cars were available. They were not very caring just saying the system is not very efficient and overbooked.
