  Started out as an absolute nightmare. Empty promises from the people on the phone. Which were the reservation people I believe he said. I wouldn’t recommend doing it via phone at all. The reservation people will tell you anything and it’s all lies. However the gentleman at my local Wilkesboro store was awesome he did help me lots and Ashley Adams in Granite Falls is fantastic also. She deserves a raise. She reached out to me and absolutely didn’t have too. If you’re making a reservation do it at the store DO NOT CALL.

  Your team Johnathan and ashlyn,Mgr, at least that's what they said when I asked their names in the wilkesboro, NC store, were unprofessional, disinterested and lacked poor interpersonal skills. Very rude and hung up the phone on me when I tried to talk to them about the vehicle they said that I had no reservation when I had one through Allstate they stated that the reservation was not confirmed. Also to add i went to the location as I was told to come in at 2 pm on July 27th 2026 I get there and proceed to tell me there is no cars. They proceeded to send me to a different location and said they didn’t

  This was, without a doubt, the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. The entire operation was completely disorganized, and the employees seemed absolutely clueless about their own policies and procedures. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. Customer service was nonexistent. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unconcerned with fixing the problems they created. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered excuses and acted as if my time and business meant nothing. If you’re looking for poor communication, zero accountability, and a company that couldn’t care less about its customers, this is the place. Save yourself the frustration and rent from literally anywhere else.

  I held for 30 minutes to speak to someone. After hearing multiple horror stories I wanted to ask before booking . Very rude lady on phone confirmed my horror stories of no cars available and possible having to upgrade and pay extra when arrive . She told me they no longer have any cars in economy or small cars so if it did book one I would have to upgrade at my cost . Website says I will be upgraded at no cost . After she rudely hung up on me . I tested that and booked car she just told me they no longer have on lot . How can I book a car they don’t have that is false advertisement . I cancelled reservation later and decided to drive a hr to budget care rental for cheaper
