    The staff at this location were excellent — very friendly & helpful. My car was involved in an accident & had to be taken to a local repair shop. The only vehicle available when I arrived at Enterprise was a Mitsubishi Mirage. I was less than pleased with having to downsize & downgrade (the car was extremely loud). The staff was beyond understanding & was quick to reserve me another vehicle much more suitable & comparable to my own, available for exchange first thing the following morning. Pickup, exchange, and the return were all quick & easy. In having to deal with the insurance company & the repair shop (that have been a complete headache!), my experience with Enterprise has been nothing short of pleasant!

    I arrived at 7:30 a.m. to pick up a rental vehicle that had been arranged through the insurance company of the driver who rear-ended me. I was the first customer there and was waiting when the branch opened at 8:00 a.m. The next customer did not arrive until right at opening time. When I approached the counter, I was told that I was not in the system and did not have an appointment. However, I could clearly see my name listed on the iPad at the desk. Despite this, I was asked to sit down while 5 other customers who arrived well after me were assisted first. After approximately 30 minutes, I was told that a vehicle was being cleaned for me. Another 30 minutes passed before anyone was ready to complete my rental. In total, I waited about an hour after opening before receiving assistance. I understand that delays can happen, but the communication and customer service that morning were very disappointing. I was relying on the information provided by the insurance company and felt that Enterprise was not helpful in resolving the confusion. The employees appeared unprepared and did not demonstrate the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect. My frustration stemmed less from the wait itself and more from being told that no reservation existed when it clearly appeared that my information was already in their system. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not the level of service I expected from a rental company.

    Your team Johnathan and ashlyn,Mgr, at least that's what they said when I asked their names in the wilkesboro, NC store, were unprofessional, disinterested and lacked poor interpersonal skills. Johnathan cleary lied about the gas level, he said he went off his managers review. He did not explain the inner workings of the car. Would not answer my questions regarding photos and did not stick his head in the car when checking me out. I returned the car with the exact amount of gas that I checked it out with. 3 quarters of a tank and they charged me 25.00 for a quarter tank of gas, WHEN I RETURNED IT WITH THE SAME AMOUNT I CHECKED IT OUT WITH. the "manager" refused to take my call. Johnathan said he took his bosses word for the gas. It was all clearly a lie. I asked for the remainder of my deposit. He would not refund the rest of my deposit. I will be posting this on yelp and every single review for enterprise until my money is refunded to me. You need to hire more professional employees. Again. This is your wilkesboro, NC store. He would not give me the store number, as a matter of fact he did not even know it. Pitiful management and staff.

    My rental deposit was held for 3 days AFTER I returned the car. I just decided to call enterprise because I sadly have my deposit back in a timely manner. When I called, my account hasn’t been cleared out and amongst half my deposit was taken. They 2 days instead of the one day that it was late. That’s never happened to me in my history of renting vehicles from enterprise. Secondly I was told that my account was open due to a deep smoke smell and I was instantly offended because I’m not a smoker AT ALL. I reserved an SUV and upon arrival they had NONE. So I exceed up getting a car that someone JUST dropped off and it was cleaned slightly. The car had a smoke smell at that time but it didn’t bother me. I only had to go clean houses in the mountains and come back. But he said they decided to waive that smoke fee but still charged me for an extra day. He said I could have kept the car to the next day but I didn’t and still got charged that extra day fee for returning the car a couple hours later than pickup. That has NEVER happened to me and I NEVER take the cars back at pickup time and keep them an extra day.& I AWAYS calculate my deposit correctly, but not this time. I feel this entity overcharged my card and kept a partial amount of my deposit that I’ve always gotten back. I was counting on that deposit for a bill that was due on the first and now I have to wait and it’s $60 less than I even expected it to be. This breaks my sense of security that I once had being a loyal enterprise renter. It’ll be more than 7 days before I get my half deposit back and I’m NOT a happy customer!!!!!!!!!! Why did they leave my account open 3 days after my rental reservation was over??? I’m fighting this cause my money matters and I’m NOT a billionaire like the enterprise rent a car corporation is!
