  Had a reservation for a pick up truck a week in advance. Went to the facility twice the same day to pick the truck up and was told it was not be available, but there was nothing they could do. I’ve rented vehicles off of this facility for over 10 years. The management now is absolutely pathetic. They offered no resolution whatsoever. Enterprise has lost my business permanently.

  Always a pleasure getting my rental from Wilkes enterprise. They take good care of me there & are very nice & helpful.

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise in Wilkesboro. I made a reservation online and drove 45 minutes to pick up my rental car. When I arrived, I was told they had tried to call me beforehand, but I had no missed calls or messages from them. I was then told the only vehicles available were a Dodge Durango and a full-size truck, both costing over $100 per day. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing a parking lot full of other vehicles after making a reservation in advance and driving that far. I understand that vehicle availability can change, but if a reservation cannot be honored, the customer should be contacted before they make a 45-minute drive. At the very least, I expected more effort to find a reasonable solution. I’m still waiting on a call from management to address the situation. Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
