  I stopped in for my vehicle inspection. Didn't know if I needed an appointment. I didn't. (Yay! Let's do this.) Kendra (&, everyone) was wonderful. . .answered all my questions. . .&, I SHALL be back for my oil change,

  Ive been by twice in 2 wks for brake light repair and oil change and both time really fast and reasonable n fríendly. I have told all my friends n family!

  I brought my 20-year-old car in for a basic oil change, and they tried to charge me over $100. When I asked for a cheaper option, the employee lied straight to my face and claimed that was the only price. I literally saw cheaper options right there on their iPad screen, and only after I pressed him multiple times did he finally admit they had lower rates. It gets worse. I handed over my phone to show him a coupon, which he took, but when they rang me up, they completely ignored it and charged me the full amount anyway. When I noticed the mistake after paying and asked for a refund for the coupon amount, I was told their store manager and area manager had both quit, so "no one was available" to process a refund. They ended up having to call HR to handle it, so who knows if I'll ever actually see that money back. I really wanted to like this establishment, but between the shady pricing tactics and the absolute chaos with their management, I cannot recommend this place. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

  Visited Strickland Brother’s 10 minute Oil Change for the first time today. I was very impressed with their service & staff.. I needed a signal light bulb put on my car & the oil changed. Found out I needed a filter as well. They began working on my car & were through in 30 minutes or less! I was surprised at how quickly they got the job done.. And the price for all of it was very reasonable! Even got a discount on the filter! I would rate them 5* plus! ***One more thing I forgot. The staff would come to the office area where I was waiting & let me know about how long it would take to finish what they were working on, which was another plus!
