- ASAmy SportsMay 11, 20261.0Please be careful I went for an oil change in January they drained my oil but were unable to remove oil filter said they didn’t have the correct tool even the manger came out watched a YouTube video but still no success…. I don’t drive my car alot I’m retired and a homebody my car had 118000 miles when i went at 120000 my oil plug came out of my car and I was stranded. At the time I had no idea what had happened when vehicle was towed to my house my son in-law got under my car and that’s when we found out!!!!!! They don’t wanna pay for repairs and here is why….. 1st reason they didn’t do oil change so they didn’t touch my plug(Reall) 2nd and 3rd reason was I didn’t change oil at 3000 miles (I use synthetic oil only change every 7500 miles lol that’s funny coming from a business that only does oil changes, they should know that) now the last reason is the real kicker they won’t pay because I didn’t take it to them to be inspected!!!!!!!! Now when your vehicle breaks down do you take it to a 10 Minute Oil Change place or a certified mechanic? By the way my car is a Fiat 500l.

I had no waiting and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I'm coming back with our other car on Monday! UPDATE...I went back on Monday and the whole Whiteville team was so wonderful and took care of my other car. Definitely going back! I highly recommend them!
