- TCThat ChickAug 15, 20261.0Went to have my tires rotated before a long trip. Got on the interstate was going about 70-75mph when I heard a thumping getting louder. So I pulled off on the closest exit to find that NONE of the lug nuts on both tires on the driver side of the car were tightened. I could literally turn every lug nut with my hand. Very upset about this, and will be attempting to take further action because I could have very easily been killed. Not okay at all, what if this had happened to a teenager or and elderly person who didn’t know any better and just kept driving. Literally putting people’s lives in danger.

I had my 13 month old with me and they gave him a popsicle and offered me a water. They also gave me an air freshener to hang on my mirror and it smells so good. The service was so quick, I don’t think we were there for more than 30 minutes for everything. 10/10 highly recommend Strickland Brothers!
