  In my years, going to a dealership to buy a car was a nightmarish experience with all of the back and forth tactics and usually took about 4 hours. We came in wanting a specific used car and in just under 2 hours, including the test drive, we drove out with the car!! All of the paperwork signing was a smooth and expedited process. Highly recommend.

  Chris Toliver, the Service Manager is the ABSOLUTE best Service Manager I have ever dealt with! My truck had oil consumption issues and Chris walked me through every step required by Ford prior to obtaining approval to replace my engine. Engine was ordered and it took two months to receive it because it was back ordered-Not Chris’s fault. Once it arrived, he called me to schedule the replacement. Replacement was done in a very timely manner and they checked everything out prior to calling me to pick it up. Since picking it up, I’ve had no issues. I have dealt with many dealerships, however, Randy Marion of West Jefferson definitely impressed me by their customer service, and especially Chris’s knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process.

  Late Saturday afternoon I called to see if they could inspect a tire for a possible nail. They told us to come on in. In less than one hour they had removed the nail and patched my tire for a very reasonable price and had us on our way!

  I took my vehicle in bc the radio/bluetooth was not working. I told the service receptionist that we had the ally warranty. We went to pick up the vehicle later that afternoon. The cashier tried to charge $352.75 but we again informed her about the warranty. I am assuming no one from RM called Ally for approval before repairing the audio. We paid the $200 deductible and left. Looking over our receipt when we got home, I noticed RM had charged $42.99 for a multi point inspection that said customer had requested the service. Shame on you Randy Marion for trying to take advantage of customers. We most certainly DID NOT request this service especially after the disaster we experienced a year ago when we brought our vehicle in to RM Ford for the 100,000 mile service and it took 2 weeks and 3 trips back to the dealership including meeting with the general manager for the service manager to determine that the issue was caused when the service technician cracked a spark plug when he installed new ones. This same incident also included RM installing a new Drive Shaft bc they thought that was causing the engine issues. Apparently, it was not the drive shaft either. We knew then that the service technicians at RM were not highly qualified technicians. The only reason we brought the vehicle in this time for the audio repair is bc it was still under warranty. We will never purchase another vehicle or request service from Randy Marion Ford. Again, shame on you for being dishonest and trying to swindle customers out of money by stating they requested services that they most certainly did not. Fortunately for us, RM will have to “eat” that charge. We only paid the $200 deductible to repair the audio. I would give Randy Marion 0 Stars if possible.
