I bought a vehicle from Randy Marion Ford of West Jefferson and had the most pleasant experience. Kevin was my salesman and he was refreshing. We grew up in the automotive world and Kevin was perfect; friendly, knowledgable, honest and made us feel like family. The area is perfect and worth the visit, it's an old school experience, but their inventory has something for everyone! go check them out and ask for KEVIN

Randy Marion FORD, West Jefferson, NC. This team of salespeople are on the ball. They had just the Truck that I was looking for. Jakob answered every question that I had. He showed me so many wonderful features of the F150 that I test drove. I was so impressed that I bought it that day. Fabulous teamwork between sales & finance.

The salesman, Jacob, was fantastic to work with. He continually made sure that we were satisfied and happy with every part of the buying process. Unfortunately, Scott, the gentleman who valued our trade-in, was extremely rude from the moment we met him. Our interaction with him was so unpleasant that we told Jacob we did not want to have any further interaction with Scott, or we would simply leave. Thankfully, Jacob and Josh, the finance manager, took great care of us from that point forward, and we are very happy with our purchase. My advice to the dealership would be to seriously reconsider having Scott, who I believe was a manager, interact with customers. His attitude and behavior could easily cost you future business. Jacob and Josh, however, were excellent and made the rest of our experience a very positive one.

I purchased my vehicle at Randy Marion Ford and recently had an oil change, very nice and didn’t have to wait long. They actually noticed that I didn’t have my wheel lock in the glove box because the previous place didn’t put it back which helped me not get stranded somewhere if the was a tire problem. I went straight to the dealership and bought one. Thank you Randy Marion!! Derrick
