  We had some issues with our suburban while on vacation. I brought it in on a Thursday morning to be checked. As I suspected it was a transmission problem. They diagnosed it, ordered one and had me back on the road Saturday. Absolutely phenomenal service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I live in NE Tennessee and was shopping online for a new Silverado. I ran across a truck from Randy Marion Chevrolet that had all the equipment I wanted for a very competitive price. I drove over two hours on mountain roads to get there, but it was worth it. The truck was exactly as described, at the exact price quoted. My salesman, Brad, was kind and knowledgeable. He made the purchase very pleasant with minimal hassle. I drove away with a free tank of gas, and am very happy with my purchase.

  I had the pleasure of working with Rocky a few weeks ago when I was looking to find the perfect ride for my situation. Rocky was amazing! He did everything in his power to help us in our situation, finding us the best deals and also working with us. We called a week before seeing the vehicle, went back and forth on a few others prior to finding my current one, and he never showed frustration or irritation, just genuine pleasure to help. Great service!

  Bought a used truck here and day one it had issues from cosmetic to mechanical. Now at almost 3 months I have a laundry list of issues. I even have a copy of the recon RO and found that almost $4k worth of work was approved during recon that was not performed and I have hard evidence that the work was not done. It took almost 3 months before I got any paperwork on the truck because I was never given anything, I had to go and speak with someone at another store to finally get my paperwork. I had concerns about the vehicle prior to buying it, I was told the vehicle had no problem with what I was concerned with, that is the issue I've been having from day 1. After getting the vehicle I have been thrown to the side like garbage despite being kind and respectful, I have consistently been pushed away and told that they will do nothing to right their wrongs. Words do not explain how strong the feeling of being ripped off. Highly do not recommend this dealer or Randy Marion in general, especially for used cars. They do not care about their quality, and after you've signed paperwork, they no longer care about you as the customer.

  I have heard a lot of good things about the sales dept so I called the service department to get my 2024 Chevrolet Malibu RS transmission fluid drained and new put in, I had already purchased the correct fluid Chevrolet recommend. I was told it would cost me $455.00 to get it drained and filled that's just a ridiculous price.
