  We rented a place near West Jefferson and started to have trouble with our 2009 Chevy Tahoe which turned into a pretty serious issue, the back transaxle seal was leaking. Charles went out of his way to fit us into an already busy schedule and got the parts, replaced the break pads, changed the oil and got us back on the road the same day and the best part was that they did it for a very reasonable price. I know they say that dealerships are a rip off, but this is I felt we were treated honestly and with excellent service! Highly recommended!

  Randy Marion ChevGMC of West Jefferson is amazing to work with!! Rocky (in sales) did everything to find my perfect ride and Andy (in finance) made the process so easy. I highly recommend this dealership, salesman, and finance man for your next vehicle purchase. If it’s not on their West Jefferson lot, they’ll find it on another one of their lots and get you rolling in style!

  1/5 Stars – Classic Bait-and-Switch Tactics ​I visited West Jefferson Randy Marion GMC inquiring about a used truck and was working with Rocky. He claimed he couldn’t give me an out-the-door (OTD) price on the spot due to computer issues, but took my name and number, promising to call me back later that day with the pricing details. ​I never received a call back. When I reached out the next day, I was shocked to find that the listing price had suddenly increased by over $3,000—and that’s before taxes and fees were even applied. ​Extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-through and what feels like greedy, untrustworthy tactics. Stay far away from this dealership and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
