  Excellent experience with Randy Marion Chevrolet. I spoke with Brian the day before making the trip up from the triad. Brian and team had the truck ready to go first thing in the morning and had me out the door in less than an hour! We agreed on a solid price and I had no pressure to buy anything I didn’t want when I walked through the door. Couldn’t recommend this business highly enough. This will be my first stop if I ever find myself back in the auto market.

  I contacted this dealership about a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with 119,000 miles listed at $13,000, and the experience was a complete waste of time. I asked a few basic questions any buyer would ask, and instead of getting clear answers, I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude almost immediately. Things took an even worse turn when I mentioned I was considering trading in my fully paid-off 2019 Ford F-150. The salesperson’s demeanor changed on the spot—interest disappeared, professionalism went out the window, and it was clear they had no intention of dealing fairly. If you’re going to price a 20+ year-old truck at a premium, the bare minimum should be honesty, transparency, and respect. Instead, this felt like a place that only wants easy deals and avoids customers who ask questions or know the value of what they have. I don’t tolerate being talked down to or brushed off, and neither should anyone else. I walked away and won’t be back. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers. Avoid this Stealership, take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

  Your service department scratch two of my wheels and the service manager Chris jumped the gun and said that a tow truck diver did it. My truck was not towed to your facilities. It was driven. They kept continuing saying that it was a tow truck driver. It was not on a tow truck. It was driven to your facilities that’s I kept explaining that to him. They just tried to continue to put it on somebody else. and not take responsibility that it happened at the service department, they also said they would have to review footage and I have not heard anything from them. i’m not mad I would just like somebody to take responsibility of their actions and fix my two wheels. That’s all I’m asking for.

  From the beginning Janet in service was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and helpful with all the pricing and descriptions of what I was requesting and then some areas of concern to look at for evaluation. I received new tires but mentioned I had some rattling going on and I thought it was the shocks. Dillon the technician was amazing. He looked it over and tested the shocks and that was not the problem it was simply two connector arms to my sway bar connections. The parts were easily delivered within 30 minutes. (They can’t guarantee that always but it happened that day). What I love is they could have said it was the shocks and it would have been four times the cost. More money in their pocket but they are a class act and what needed replaced was way less and it fixed that rattling issue. That is the Randy Marion way and it built my trust 10 fold with them. I highly recommend any Randy Marion dealership for service and of course they have new and used cars if you need one of those. I just want to thank them for their honesty and amazing service.
