  If you’re looking to buy a car at Randy Marion Chevrolet GMC of West Jefferson, ask for Rocky! Our experience started over the phone, and from that very first conversation he was warm, personable, and easy to talk to — no pressure, just genuine conversation. That same energy carried through when I came in, and he made the entire buying process smooth from start to finish, taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who makes car shopping actually enjoyable, but Rocky did exactly that. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

  Rocky Philbeck was an amazing salesman and made the process of helping my parents buy me my first car such a great experience. As a 16-year-old getting my first car, this was a really exciting milestone, and Rocky was so kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood everything, and never made us feel pressured. He truly cared about making sure we had a great experience. I’m so grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend Rocky to anyone looking for someone who is honest, friendly, and easy to work with.   This was the easiest purchase of my life for a vehicle. My salesman John Philbeck (Rocky) didn't waste my time with a lot of salesman crap and simply worked out a great deal in what I considered record time. I highly recommend that you seek him out as your salesman. Also the finance guy Andy was extremely professional and made the process painless. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Randy Marion over the years and I will say in the future the West Jefferson Chevrolet dealership will be my go to for all of my transportation needs because of Rocky and Andy.
