  Would have rated zero stars if I could. Been getting oil changes for the last 18 months or so at their Country Club road location. Stopped going there because service was going downhill every time I was there. Came to this location today, and a young man got quite unhappy because I didn't accept the bottle of water he offered me. He then threw it in the trash with quite a bit of force. Then he threw the cone that was blocking off the lane. Was quite apparent that he didn't want to be here, and didn't want to deal with me. So I left, saying something to the other tech on my way out. The other tech just shrugged at me. Don't think Strickland Brothers will be getting another dime from me....

  The employees were nice and quick despite the hot temps. My inspection was fast and I was out in no time. I will bring my other vehicles to be inspected.

  Had a great experience today having my oil changed young man named Shell took great care of me. He was very polite and considerate. If you’re looking for a fast well priced Convenient oil change, This is a place to go.

  I had an outstanding experience at Strickland Brothers! Shad, Shell, and Nick took care of my oil change, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and stress-free. What really stood out was how kind they were to my son. They made him feel welcome and treated him with genuine warmth, which meant a lot to me as a parent. It’s rare to find a team that combines excellent customer service with quality work, but these three definitely do. If you’re looking for fast, honest service from people who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend Strickland Brothers.   I’m very dissatisfied with my experience at Strickland Brothers. I paid $112 for a basic oil change even after a discount, which is far higher than what I’ve ever paid at other oil change providers. The pricing is simply not competitive and was not clearly justified upfront. Even with a coupon applied, the final total still felt excessive for a routine service. I’ve used Valvoline, Take 5, and local shops for years, and I’ve never paid anything close to this for a standard oil change. Because of this experience and the pricing, I will not be returning to Strickland Brothers in the future. P.S. even with synthetic oil I have never paid $95 so please don’t let your rebuttal be about synthetic oil.
