  I was there at 6 pm. Most of the staff was leaving for the day. The 2 gentlemen who performed the oil change and inspection were very nice and informed me of the condition of the oil and of the fluid levels. The prices were comparable to other such businesses. Certainly look forward to utilizing them in the future.

  Went in for an oil change for the first time. I've had disappointing experiences with other well-known oil change facilities and decided to give Strickland a try. I initially was dismayed because their pricing seemed higher than what I've been accustomed to paying, but I had a coupon so I decided to use the coupon but decided that I probably would not return. I was totally impressed with their professionalism, their friendliness, and their prompt service. I was greeted by Steven, who was efficient, informative, and responded to my questions over the pricing calmly and empathetically. The person who was at the hood informed me of a few concerns about my vehicle but did not pressure me to purchase any additional products or services, and in fact advised me of cost effective solutions. Thomas handled the payment process and was very kind, helpful and friendly. I received confirmation of the bill via email immediately upon completion of the oil change. This is the most professional breakdown of services I've ever seen from an oil change facility. I just found my new oil change establishment to utilize for future oil changes/inspections, etc. I left feeling valued, respected, and well-taken care of. Priceless! I'll definitely return.

  Everything is 5 stars so it’s hard to know what’s real. But my visit was a 5 star experience. Efficient, reasonably priced. Biggest thing for me was no upsells on products.
