  An elderly friend of mine's car A/C wasn't working so she brought her car to Triangle Automotive Repair. They said there was no refrigerant in the system. They filled it and charged her $200. Her A/C stopped working and she brought it back. They informed her there was a leak in the condenser and it would cost an additional $650 to fix. She agreed to have them fix it. When I brought her to pick her car up they would not accept her check. She does not use credit cards so I offered to pay with mine. They charged me $678.77 with a $26.11 (4%) credit card fee. Her total cost was $878.77 to get her A/C fixed. I don't think I'll be bringing my car there any time soon.

  The best service around. No one is better than Dustin and his crew. They are so nice, very trustworthy and affordable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  I tried to get a simple oil change with this company, and I have a warranty to cover all of my oil changes. I took the paperwork into the office. There seem to be a lot of personal problems and lack of communication in their office and the paperwork I took in for the warranty sat for weeks. I was told several times that someone would call me back the next day and I never heard back from them so when I went back in person, we had a big old who ha. I fully understand that small businesses sometimes have difficulty with staffing, but they really dropped the ball on this one. When I went back in the shop to pick up my warranty paperwork, I found someone else’s bill in my paperwork So I had to stop by there again and drop that off. I have no idea about the quality of work they do because I never got that far. I’m a retired professional And I would not recommend this company because of their poor Customer Service.

  I have been coming here for four years for all my standard maintenance, including flawless alignments, but they completely blew me away today. I showed up out of the blue with a highly unusual request—welding on trailer axle perches. Instead of turning me away, they took it on immediately and finished the entire job perfectly in about 20 minutes. It is rare to find a mechanic shop with this level of versatility, skill, and fast service. They can truly handle anything!

  If you ever need car repairs done, don't hesitate to go here. The guys are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The pricing is very reasonable as well. We've gone other places but, always end up back here as I KNOW, without a doubt that they will fix the problem! And if it's not fixed the first time, as our evap code keeps coming back, they will recheck until they CAN figure it out. It's not like, " Well, we can't figure it out" and charge you to bring it back. They are fair about things. Our 2002 GMC Envoy is very satisfied with it's doctors. 😀
