  Do not take your vehicle here…. Took my car here for a state inspection, doesn’t get more simple than this, and they broke off my hood prop rod while they were inspecting my Toyota RAV4. Not only did they not tell me, they left a second hood prop rod to a Honda underneath my hood, neither of them actually attached to anything. Thank you for breaking my vehicle, not telling me, and letting me ride around with two loose rods under my hood.

  Stopped in to get my car inspection, when I was ready to pull away after I was done the mechanic Spencer, asked if I knew the front plastic protector under my car was hanging he offered to fix it. Spencer was kind, courteous, and professional and I would strongly recommend anyone needing their services to stop by and you will be happy with the result.

  I went to have my oil changed and was promptly greeted and guided into an oil change bay within minutes. Spencer greeted me and explained the process to me and gave me several choices for the grade of oil I wanted. No type of upselling or pressure whatsoever (I like that). There was constant communication between Spencer and the person in the pit underneath my car as to what was happening the whole time (sorry I didn't get to meet the person under the car but you could tell they were really working as a team). The oil change process took less than 10 minutes. It's people like Spencer that are what customer service is all about and will keep me coming back here.

  Haven't been here since last year due to the employee's they had working here both me and my wife were very unhappy with the customer service when we had tried them out the guys they had working here were unfriendly and not helpful at all you could tell all they wanted to do was sell you something and get you out as fast as possible. Matter of fact both times I had visited here back then not one person offered to check my air filter but they sure wanted to sell me a 40 dollar fuel cleaner that I didn't need nor want. Past few times I drove by I noticed different people so today I decided to try them out again and glad I did the employee's were a lot nicer and helpful and I actually got my air filter replaced this time. It was still a little steep on the price for a oil change and filter replacement but fast and courteous. Employee's can make or break a business............

  Amazing service. So friendly, kind, and efficient. In and out so quick! I was very impressed with the way they treated me and cared for my vehicle. I highly recommend this establishment. Jacob and David gave incredible customer service from start to finish.
