Unfortunately, they've recently updated their rules and now they will not give an oil change without collecting an overwhelming amount of personal information. On top of that, after giving the information, I am informed they are out of every kind of oil available except for the $125 most expensive change. This is for synthetic 0W20. This is after bringing my car to Strickland, three times in a row and having great experiences.
