Pulled in because I had a little time available and was in need of an oil change. Staff was impeccably professional. They were transparent with all services and did not apply unnecessary pressure to purchase extras. Will absolutely be back and will take my family’s vehicles there as well.

I have used SN for several years. I think they are professional, detailed oriented, courteous, and sincere. Today I had Jeff as my direct representative. I would rate him with a “10”. He was educational, gave good recommendation for keeping my car in best condition possible, very personable, caring and considerate. Thanks SB for providing great service with some fantastic people!

Very overpriced, I asked for an economy oil change because I only have 50,000 miles they gave me a full synthetic and told me there wasn't a price difference it was $120 with a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation. The service was already done so I paid but I will not be going back. I don't agree with doing services without discussing the price difference in advance, for them not to have the filters to replace them or do any addition services that is way too high.

My inspection, premium oil change and recommended tire rotation (def past due) was well attended and talked through. As was the suggested air filter replacement, which was shown to me, as a mouse problem, that I couldn’t address that day, how to do it later, and how to prevent it. My system was reset for the next visit. Kia never did that successfully on my car in their service bay. The price was reasonable.
