  We were traveling and stopped in to have the oil changed in our Murano. It was the best experience we've ever had at an oil change place. The attendant was very knowledgeable, was very polite and finished within 10 min. We give this location in Waynesville an A++ rating.

  As I write this review, to all who pass this way, I state upfront, that I trained as an automotive technician in the 70s. For a period of time I worked for JCPenney’s and the automotive department changing tires and other quick issues for those customers in the store. So my experience of this oil change center is the following: While running an errand in Waynesville, I saw the Strickland oil center and decided to have my overdue oil changed. All the technicians not only were professional, but the place was extremely clean. Little to no grease on the floor, as well as the door to the office and even the bathroom looked very clean. This does not happen by accident. Despite doing dozens, if not, hundreds of cars a day, those individuals working at this location, seem to actually care about what they’re doing. I was pleased with the service in addition to getting a $20 off coupon, and I brought my wife’s car there a couple days later. It was early Saturday morning, so there was no waiting whatsoever. Again the staff was courteous, and pointed out all the things that her car might need like a new engine Air filter as well as cabin filter. They even took the time to show the oil on the dipstick, which was a nice touch. Definitely worth the time and money.
