- B3Bill “386-flatbed”Jun 30, 20261.0I just stood in line at subway. 1 guy got a foot long and the other guy got a 6 inch. 10 minutes standing there, and the tall, super skinny looking dude, subway employee was still making their subs. Also, this Pilot is hell trying to get semis in and out. Clown cars wouldn't even attempt to drive through the truck side. I told the manager about the subway employee. All he said was, "Im sorry to hear that." Apparently he doesn't care and is only there for a paycheck. As a trucker, dont bother with this Pilot. Go down the road and find a better truck stop.

I reserved a spot and when I do that I expect it to be there.. an emplyeee actress like he was going outside to make someone move ok I’ll wait a bit.. an hour later nothing I check again oh that guy left didn’t tell the manager and now they don’t have enough staff to make anyone leave. Awesome. I’ll be requesting a refund. I hope they in the future start towing these guys who aren’t paying. I’ve heard they do here but apparently it’s selective on which manager is working.
- CWChe WorleyJun 23, 20265.0This is one of the places I actually frequent, my girlfriend and I always get the best service on third shift, and it doesn't matter which team you get, Blayze and Christina's shift, or Justin and Liz's shift, we always get great service, they're friendly and helpful, I almost never give a full 5 stars, but this place is on point. Also, been in on first shift for drinks or gas and can't say anything negative about my experience.
