  Once connected to the store operator/manager, I was able to set up an appointment with confidence and get special order tires installed next day at two different Mr. Tires in the Asheville-Western NC area. But the offshore answering service was frustrating to bypass on first and especially on follow-up calls. 5 stars for the products and service, the phone communications are a 3 stars because of the offshore (as in India/Oceana) outsourced answering service.

  Had the misfortune of hitting a pothole causing a bent rim as a result. Though Mr Tire was unable to help with the bent rim , manager Craig assisted me for 30 minutes finding both a new oddball tire and either a new or refurbished rim. My 2021 Honda passport rim was near non existent on the web, lest you pay close to 900 dollars and wait many days for shipping. I was desperate and we went down the "see if we can repair the rim" path. After more phone calls he found a place 60 miles away that refurbished/repairs rims. After shaking his head at the sight of extremely damaged rim, he proceeded to go in his shop and return 1.5 hours later with an excellently refurbished Honda rim!!Thanks to Craig for his tireless efforts (no pun intended..heehee)

  I found the national call center annoying and they couldn't get someone to check on the tire size even with 4 calls. When I went to the store they were exceptional and lovely, like local community that cared for me. Thank you so much.

  Best experience I’ve ever had at anywhere especially a tire shop. I ordered tires. I showed up and they put them on. The woman that works the counter was super sweet and kind. I pray they make her the manager. Again She scheduled me for 3 PM after a Tennessee keychain punctured my tire. Yes, a keychain. She got me in the next day. Watched for my order to arrive the next day… I showed up and both employees in the back were super helpful. It was raining so they helped me put the spare tire back Up under the vehicle in the garage. Thank all three of you today. I’ve been going through a lot so it’s nice to see kindness in the world that’s so cruel. I wish I could do more. But thank you, and God bless
