  This was my worst experience at any auto repair place. Awful customer service, awful communication, held my car hostage for a week (never once touching it), and barely fixed the problem that my vehicle was towed there for (a faulty starter, which I mentioned at drop off). Having to now get repairs elsewhere because I don’t even trust them to fix the work they messed up in the first place. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

  I went to Mr. Tire on July 2nd. First, I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes before I had to go ask a worker if I could see someone. All I needed was a tire patch, but they couldn’t even do that. The mechanic told me it would be a one hour wait, which turned into four hours. After that, the mechanic said there were no holes or problems with my tire. They filled my tire with air, but I didn’t even make it home before it went flat again. Thank you for wasting my time.

  Well this the second I made appointment at 4:30 pm 6-29-26 the person behind I had spoke to early about replacing a tire acted like I surprised him with my request.Then was informed he had nobody to due the service that had scheduled and ask to come back in the morning at 7:30 am which I did and the shop was not evening open and nobody show up till after 8 am .So had to call the fleet company and go all the way to Candler Nc to get it done. Their staffing problems are not the customers problem and if they don’t have the staff maybe they should not taken on the work. I don’t recommend this shop.

  I had a terrible experience with Mr. tire. I called and got a confirmed appointment on Sunday only to drive 45 minutes there and the shop was temporarily closed on Sundays. It showed open on their website and their answering service and had a text message confirming my appointment. When I called back, I got another 45 minutes run around with the assurance that the service manager would call me ASAP. Never heard from him that day – called again Monday morning, was again told I would hear from the service manager ASAP and never received a call. I would never do business with them.

  Absolutely horrible place completely. Understaffed made an appointment Wednesday to bring it in Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. to get an alignment done. Nobody at all working the front desk running the front end. Two men working in the shop on the same vehicle with customer standing around and every customer complaining including myself. I will never ever do business with Mr. Tire ever again and I will let everyone know. Do not do business with this place especially the one in Waynesville
