  On 13 August 2026, I was traveling to my friends funeral in Williamsburg, Va. The rental car low tire pressure system came on. By the grace of God, I found Mr. Tire. They had me back on the road within an hour, gratis. Thanks guys. The People here a very compassionate. I highly recommend them to care for your car.

  My husband wasted an hour waiting to get the tire fixed on our SUV—it’s a Cadillac—and when his turn finally came, they told us they couldn't change it because they didn't have the right tool to remove the tire. How is it possible that a repair shop couldn't help us? My husband lost an hour of work time.

  Let me start by saying the only reason I gave 2 stars is nc after the bs I had someone who actually cared enough to help me and I am thankful. I stopped in bc I needed a tire desperately on a road trip with 600 miles remaining on my drive. Obviously they didn't have in stock but they were able to order what I needed and told me it would be in next day by 11am. They also said an app qas set up for me at 11 so I was good to go. Next morning I stop in at 10:45am to find out the wrong tire was ordered for my vehicle and that it wasn't in store... deliveries were already made for the day and ny tire wasn't part of them. I won't disclose what was done to help me get back on the rd by the manager working but he thought outside the box and cared more about customer service than anything else.

  One store sent us to the other store because they had the tire we needed. 30 minutes later with a BAD tire, the store he sent us to said they didn't have one. I am very disappointed in Mr. Tire!!!!!!! Do not recommend!!!!!

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Mr. Tire and wanted to share it so others know what to expect. We called early in the day to have a tire plugged on my wife's car and were given a 10:30 a.m. appointment. I specifically asked the person on the phone if 10:30 was actually our appointment time, and she assured me that it was. When I arrived, no one was at the reception desk. I waited for about five minutes before another customer told me no one seemed to be working the desk and that he had to go over to the shop area to find someone. I eventually did the same. While standing near the shop trying to get someone's attention, I could hear two employees talking loudly and using foul language. When I finally got someone's attention, a technician went over and told another employee that someone was waiting for service. As that employee walked toward me, I could already see him shaking his head. When he reached me, he said, "I don't want to be a smart a, but we're about two hours behind, and it's going to be a while before we get to you."** I explained that I had a 10:30 appointment. His response was basically that he didn't know anything about it and that "they keep scheduling us these appointments." I understand that businesses get busy and schedules can fall behind. What bothered me was that I had specifically confirmed the appointment time beforehand, no one was available at the front desk, and the way the situation was handled made it seem as though having an appointment didn't matter. I couldn't wait another two hours, so I left and took the car to QuikTrip in Canton, where they were able to get me in and take care of the tire pretty quickly. Based on this experience, I would think twice before scheduling service here, especially if you're expecting an appointment time to mean that your vehicle will actually be serviced reasonably close to that time. Better communication and more professional customer service would have made a big difference.
