- SSSteveOct 5, 20261.0Had an appointment to get a car from these people, these people couldn't care less if you don't get your car when your appointment says you're supposed too. they don't even say I'm sorry, well upgrade ya, nothing, they could not care less if you miss your appointment or your trip. too bad too sad. They don't even call you and say we're working on getting you one or we will let you know as soon as one gets here they don't even care to call you with an update. They say check back in an hour, then nope still nothing lol dont even let you know whats going on. Its so absurd I aint even mad about it.
- TWTeri WesleySep 28, 20265.0We needed a reasonably priced rental for a long trip. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Reserving the vehicle was quick and easy and I knew what to expect when I came to pick up the vehicle. All of the rentals I observed were in really good condition and the one we drove off the lot was excellent! Dropping off the van was simple and we got the deposit back in our bank quickly. We will definitely be using Enterprise car rental for all our future endeavors. Thank you to the Waynesville NC team for a great experience. You guys are the best!

- SBSuzanna BurrellAug 22, 20261.0I called multiple times to inform the staff I was running behind. Once I arrived the employee acknowledged he didn’t answer the phone being the only one working (pretty sure it’s still your job to answer incoming calls) and that he didn’t have a number to call me which is untrue since other Enterprise locations have had no issue calling me with previous rentals. Employee was rude stating “I’ve already explained this 5 times this morning” when I informed him I tried to call about running behind … to who exactly? Because he wouldn’t answer the phone my rental had to be cancelled. Will not return to this location period.
