Once I arrived the employee acknowledged he didn’t answer the phone being the only one working (pretty sure it’s still your job to answer incoming calls) and that he didn’t have a number to call me which is untrue since other Enterprise locations have had no issue calling me with previous rentals. Employee was rude stating “I’ve already explained this 5 times this morning” when I informed him I tried to call about running behind … to who exactly? Because he wouldn’t answer the phone my rental had to be cancelled. Will not return to this location period.

I immediately called corporate customer service and was promised a car would be there for me the next morning. Called before bed and was told, again, there would be a car the next morning. Called customer service the morning of pickup and was told the car was there for me. Called the Waynesville branch....no car. All that.time wasted with empty promises I could have found another car. Never again.
- MLmacy ledfordAug 6, 20261.0David & Hannah unreliably promised me a vechicle weeks in advance. Justin was the only person up there who was technically TRAINING double booked the car. They are unaware of what they’re doing. Don’t book a reservation for months in advance, confirm two weeks out & the day before. They’re known to double book & straight lie to all their guests. We paid for our car & signed the contract & told us we had to give it to the other guy who hasn’t paid yet. No one should support this crappy business whose management can’t seem to get it together.
