- LRLauren RJun 12, 20263.0Employees are nice but extremely unprofessional. I don’t usually leave reviews and normally like valvoline but I was shocked with my experience today. I already finished paying and I had to sit and watch the employees eat chips and talk in front of my car for several minutes while my hood was up and my car was ready to go. I was wondering if I should just go and close the hood myself so I could leave instead of watch them eat. The whole time they were more engaged in their conversation than doing anything to my car. I was asked to turn my car on and when I did my car started smoking, but I was told it was fine and the oil cap wasn’t tightened, which is something I’ve never had happen before. Usually a good experience, but I won’t be back to this location!
