  As a woman, this has been the best service experience (a couple times now) compared to other maintenance shops I’ve been to in the area. The two gentlemen up front are super helpful and kind. They’re quick too!

  Mother’ Day Sunday, my teenage son had a flat tire away from home. No spare. My husband called NTB in Waxhaw,NC and they were more than accommodating. Checked on us during the process and took exceptional care of us when we arrived. Thanks NTB!!!

  We had a great experience with NTB in Waxhaw! We were frantically looking for someone to repair a hole in our tire and had tried two other shops before NTB. NTB answered their phone right away, they were very professional & when I explained the situation, they were able to fit us in right away! We were in and out within an hour, a little less, actually! They were also very affordable for our tire repair! I highly recommend NTB of Waxhaw!

  So check it I have a new 2019 Chevy Blazer I got from Hendrix Chevy Auto everything on the car is flawless drove the car to Florida and Georgia always keep up with Maintenance. I took my car here for an oil change and vehicle inspection. They got a lot of young guys working there guy toll me he had to charge me extra because my factory Tinted windows was to dark. had the car for 4 year never heard anyone say that about light tinted windows right i argued with him he wave the fee okay cool when he did my oil change okay took my car home my girl drove the car to the grocery store check engine light came on okay I put the tester meter on the car it said no fluid in the radiator I check the radiator it was drain and sabotage I had to go to auto zone fill it up and clear the check engine light another mechanic shop toll me some one messed with my radiator. I went back to NTB in waxhaw by the post office I ask to speak to the manager the guy was talking to me like I’m stupid very Rude and disrespectful said we don’t do bad work he was sticking up for the worker I was like say no more I will never bring my car there again damage my car to over charge me when nothing is wrong bad service be careful!!
