I wanted to share the great experience I had with Jeffrey at the Waxhaw location. I came in for a simple request, to get assistance with opening my hood so I could refill the washer fluid. I was so embarrassed that I tried for 10 minutes with no luck.
He walked right out and opened it easily. He said the latch was not opening correctly and that it could be fixed with a spray lubricant. He took care of that issue quickly and at no charge.
This is not a service they regularly do but it was a huge relief for me! I will definitely be coming here for my upcoming oil change and tire rotation.

Great service. Cody was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going tires. Great overall service! They got us in really fast even though we were a walk in. We actually left the place across the street that we had an appointment with, because they wanted us to wait 3 hours.

I was in here today and I'll be honest, I was a little anxious about it at first because the last time I was here was about 6 years ago and my experience back then was terrible. But my opinion was 100% changed today!!! I brought my son's truck in for him and everyone was so helpful. They were very patient with me while I was texting back and forth with my son getting info and asking questions I had no knowledge about. They helped us maximize discounts (I mean several very helpful coupons and discounts!!) for the items we needed/wanted done today and didn't pressure us into anything else, just made recommendations and gave us estimates so we could decide if we wanted to come back for future service. They squeezed in a couple of extra things I asked for last minute even though the shop was busy. Everyone was very easy to talk to and respectful, which as a woman getting vehicle repairs done is sometimes not the vibe. The manager that was here 6 years ago scared me away from this place for a while but this is my new go to spot for our vehicles. They really went above and beyond for us today!

I recently took my car to this location because my rear tire was leaking air. This was my second visit, as they had previously repaired my brakes, and I was happy with their service.
This time, I left feeling very disappointed and like they were trying to take advantage of me. I went in expecting a simple tire patch, but instead, I was told the tire was not repairable and that I needed to purchase a brand-new tire, which would have cost me more than $300 since I have a large SUV. They also recommended additional work, including front tires, a battery, and other items that would have totaled nearly $2,000.
I decided to get a second opinion and went to another tire shop, where they repaired the same tire for $20. This was a new tire that only needed a patch.
As a returning customer, this felt very misleading and disappointing. They made it seem like the tire was beyond repair when it was not. I will not be returning, and I hope management reviews this situation because customers should be able to trust the recommendations they receive, also the other items in the “recommendations” were gross exaggerations and over charges.
See below the tire that was supposedly so damaged that I needed to purchase a brand-new one, the small rock was removed and only patch was needed.
