Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I would like to say how impressed I am with Jeffrey at Mavis. He was able to assist, direct and guide my brother through mounting school bus flat tires. He was promptly met with efficiency and help when he was in need! We will be back!

Went in with a horse trailer tire with a slow leak They would not touch it with a 10-ft pole. These corporate run tire stores. Will not repair your tire unless you bought it new from them. So if you need help with your tractor tire or your trailer tire or your old car. Find a local shop that is not corporate owned

I was greeted by Jeffrey at the Waxhaw location. I had an issue and he was professional and honest. He gave me my best options and a good deal on a tire mount. I will definitely be a repeat customer

What a complete joke trying to use their advertised discount when buying four Michelin tires. The local Waxhaw NC store new NOTHING about this discount program and gave me a corporate number to call. I even showed them a colored Mavis ad showing and supporting there discount program. I did call the corporate and talked to some guy in NY who knew NOTHING about this Mavis program but said it was a Michelin discount program and gave me a Michelin number. I called Michelin and they said it was NOT there discount program but a Mavis program and gave me a Mavis link to use to complete the discount. with their Mavis rewards program. I did provide a receipt for the four tires following the on line Mavis directions and two days later my request for the discount was refused. GMAFB.

I was visiting in Waxhaw about a week ago and noticed on my car safety display that I had lost pressure in one of my tires. I didn’t do anything that night and the next morning when I started my car it gave me another warning and was even lower. A friend told me about Mavis Tires. I went right to the store and asked if they had time to check it. They were very nice and within 30 minutes had taken my car back and found a nail in it. They were so nice and patched the tire. They were very pleasant and took care of the tire. They made sure I would be okay for my 3 hour drive home. Thank you Mavis.
