- JWJanet WoodwardOct 5, 20261.0I canceled my membership at whistle car wash a while back I had gone threw the car was the on that day and car was not cleaned so they agreed and told me to run thru again stating this time they will have 2 people with the brushes to wash prior to entering the tunnel .. (like why dont they do it right the first time) anyway still second time still dirty I tell them just forget it I want to cancel my membership I filled out the proper paperwork and today I notice on my bank statement they are still ongoing charging me and have been since that time so I tried to call and get im assuming the cooperate office and she said she Will investigate this and fix what ever is wrong and refund me accordingly. I kinda have my doubts.. why isn't the number listed for the local car wash THATS WHO I WANT TO SPEAK TO NOT COPERATE OFFICE. This world and customer service is going to hell... this car wash used to be a nice.place and they used to have good service but its not the case anymore. It truly doesn't clean your car and the vacuum hoses are always falling down and dont have enough suction to clean the carpets anyway..

- KNKim NaySep 25, 20262.0We paid for the $30 car wash and it seemed many things were broken or in need of repair. The vacuums on one side did not work, the floor mat cleaner was broken and unable to be used, there were many leaks inside the wash, so I’m not sure if I got all the things I paid for. At least the staff was nice.
