- RBRose BowserAug 10, 20261.0I rented a van from enterprise in washington from July 22-26. First of all it had a nail in the tire. I had to take it to colony tire in Williamston to get it fix. My family and I took this van to New York had the slightest idea it was leaking oil. On our way home we had to keep stopping putting oil in it to make back to north carolina. Return the van to the location in Williamston even the employee was scared to drive the van because oil had blew all over the passenger side door alway to back of the trunk. Gave the young man receipt for the oil and we have had the hardest time dealing with enterprise. The manager in washington promise she is going to call you back which never happened until this day. I will tell anybody,if you want a safe vehicle you better look somewhere else. If you do rent a vehicle you better get a good life insurance policy and pray and hope you make to your destination safe and back. Then she has the nerve to ask me would I give her a good review. Now that is funny.
