  Yet again another car rental location that can't honor reservations. Why even bother taking reservations?

  I made a reservation for a minivan two months in advance. On the day I was supposed to pick up my rental, I received a phone call informing me that there were no vans available. The representative asked if I needed a seven-passenger vehicle, and I confirmed that I did. Instead of helping me find another rental vehicle, I was told to “wait and see” because a vehicle was supposedly being returned at 11:30 a.m. When I arrived, I was then told to drive to Greenville because there was supposedly another rental location with vehicles available. I called the rental companies in Greenville myself, and they all informed me that they did not have any vehicles available. The representative also mentioned a new rental location in Greenville, but when I checked, no such place existed. I feel that I was misled and given false information rather than receiving assistance. Because of this situation, my travel plans are now in jeopardy. I am scheduled to leave for Florida tomorrow to board a cruise, and I may not be able to make my trip. After reserving a vehicle two months in advance, I expected either to have the vehicle I reserved available or to be notified well in advance if there was a problem. This is not the level of service I expected, and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

  No Stars , Customer Service is the worst! Especially if you ever have to deal with Jye(however you spell his name ). Find another rental company if you can especially if you having to go through an insurance claim, Enterprise in Washington and Greenville NC is not the way! They tell you one thing over the phone and something different when you go to pick up the rental. I had to rent a car after an accident and not being at fault with my own money and still have not received a receipt after calling numerous times and pleading for a receipt so that I can be reimbursed by insurance company he hung up on me. They don’t like for you to be rude back to them but they feel they have all right to be rude to customers daily. Enterprise does not deserve your money and don’t waste your time with them.

  If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. Last month I was looking for a vehicle at this location, and they PROMISED me they would have one available for me. I even called the day before my reservation and they confirmed AGAIN that everything was set and guaranteed. Because of that, I invested thousands of dollars into hotels and my trip. Then, on the actual day of my reservation, just 20 minutes before pickup, they called me saying they DIDN’T have a vehicle for me anymore. I was completely shocked. I asked them how they could possibly tell me this last minute and what they were going to do to help fix the situation, and they basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. The customer service was horrible. The guy on the phone was not only rude, but had absolutely no interest in helping at all. I lost my time and money because this location failed to do what they promised me and waited until 20 minutes before my reservation to tell me. Worst place to rent a vehicle from in history. Do not come here.
