Jacob and Charles helped me today I was by myself and my tire was flat .I called all the Nissan dealerships since my Car was brand new ,and no one could help they patched me up and ordered me a brand new tire to match the other new ones got me in a quick especially considering it was Saturday thanks so much you guys

The men that work at the Walkertown location were very impressive. They were confident, professional and knowledgeable. The work that they did was thorough and efficient. Jake was excellent in helping me get done what was needed. He was polite and courteous with a great manner & attitude that gave a warm feeling of confidence. Rushed here because there was a nail in one of my tires. Charles and Korey were extremely helpful. I was greeted promptly as I walked in and it didn’t take long to receive assistance. Low and behold, after looking at it, they discovered 3 nails in my tire…fortunately only one penetrated. Relieved but still concerned to hear this, I surprisingly learned that my tire could actually be plugged. So thankful for these guys!!! I’d definitely recommend Mavis to my friends and family.

Honest, friendly, and unbeatable service from Jacob and Charlie!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mavis in Walkertown, NC. I came in with a lot of questions, and both Jacob and Charlie were incredibly patient, answering every single one in full detail to make sure I completely understood everything. They gave me great quality service, handled an alignment, and price-matched four new tires for me without any hassle. I also deeply appreciated their honesty—they checked my brakes and told me my rotors were still in great condition instead of trying to upsell me. They were so nice, efficient, and professional. I left with a massive smile on my face and will definitely be back!

Quoted $1180 for brakes and rotors on both axles. I was told they would use premium parts (Wagner rotors, and Akibono pads) and on the day I went to pick up, it turns out they only use Wagner rotors on the front they use CarQuest on the rear. Along with this they used Carquest standard economy pads all the way around, which, if you don't know, are basically the bottom of the barrel when it comes to brake pads. My wheels are now extremely dirty because these are non-ceramic.
I ended up voicing my opinion heavily and getting a discount on the service all the way around but I felt the need to write a review because it seems they're on the higher end of pricing and they provide you with bare minimum parts. It's really sad they don't give you a written invoice or quote before they start service. They just ask you to verbally confirm then everything else happens behind closed doors.
I've had tires done here with good service but I'd recommend going somewhere else for brakes because, as I found out, even when limited inventory forces them to use cheaper parts, your final bill won't reflect that
