  I was for an oil change, and they claimed that the front light was not working and offered to replace it. I refused. When I went home, I found out the light bulb was loose, but in working condition. I was very upset. This is cheating.

  I would like to praise Solomon. He was so professional, knew his business, walked me through the entire oil change process and was so talkative and respectful. That's the kind of people that bring me back for business. He is awesome.

  Popped in here for a quick tire rotation as my car had been displaying the A1 maintenance code for a while. There was a bit of a line, but it was a Saturday so that made sense. Including my wait time, I was there about 40 minutes, but I've certainly waited longer at other places. This was 4 days ago and so far I haven't noticed any issues with my car. No real complaints here, although I never did receive a receipt. The guy who serviced my car said he was going to get me one but then about 30 seconds later he went ahead and waved me out. No big deal though; I didn't really need one. The line I was in was apparently not the one for tire rotations, and they were originally going to have me switch lanes which would have required me to wait even longer. They ultimately wound up taking me in the lane I was in, so I am super thankful for that 😮‍💨🤗

  I had a great experience! I went in for an inspection, and CJ and Stanley did an awesome job. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Stanley took the time to walk me through what was going on with my car and explained how it could affect it in the future. I’ll definitely be going back.

  I’ve been going to this location for a while now. Every visit has been great but I must say this last visit exceeded my expectations. Every single employee that greeted my son and I with the utmost respect and made sure we were comfortable while my vehicle was serviced. They greeted everyone so kindly that pulled up for service. We were offered to go sit in the waiting area but my son and I wanted to sit outside with the weather being so nice. We were totally content making ourselves comfortable and make do on the cement curb in the shade. I want to say 3 different employees at different times came to us to offer us chairs. I thought that was so kind as they didn’t have to do that. One employee offered my son and I a bottle of water. This place always offers/or ask if I have a coupon and if I didn’t they always find a way to save me some money. I respect that so much. And to top off my experience when I pulled out of the garage they reset my oil change feature in my vehicle! I loved that 😆 because every single place I’ve went to in the past never does this and or if I ask for help with resetting it in the past, I felt like it was too much. I must say even though I’ve never felt this place was bad as I continuously trust to go back to this location for service but this visit was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. Keep up the great work and kind customer service. I truly appreciate you.
