  Highly disappointed and will never go back. I’ve taken my car here for years for oil changes and maintenance. I’ve always asked for fluids to be checked every time. Clearly, they didn’t check my transmission fluid as my transmission started slipping recently. I immediately brought it there to see if fluid was low. I was told it was black and needed to be drained and filled which they did. It was too late and transmission has to be replaced. Had they checked it with oil changes, as requested, they would have easily seen it was black on the dipstick.

  I am done with this place the greed is out of control. I always use them for inspections and oil change for my wife's Explorer. May 2026 inspection they forced me to buy windshield wipers or fail the inspection. Nothing wrong with them. Wouldn't show me why they failed just said they were dry. $40 wipers and even installed the wrong one on the passenger side had to go back and get it fixed when I took the car in for an oil change. Also you better specify what oil that you want or they will put in the most expensive oil they have. August 2026 Took my new car in for inspection only and they changed the oil. I only get my oil changed at the dealership and lord knows what they put in it. Won't be back and making a complaint to the BBB. Do better and quit the price gouging. August 2026

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent First-Time Experience! Today was my first time visiting this Valvoline location, and I had such a great experience that I definitely wanted to take the time to leave a review! I came in for the Back-to-School 50% Off Special, and even though they were extremely busy, my service never felt rushed. My service team, Solomon and Delton, was absolutely wonderful! They were attentive, patient, informative, kind, and professional from beginning to end. Since I was a first-time customer at this location, they took the time to get all of my information entered and made sure everything was correct. They walked me through the different oil options, explained the benefits of each one, and helped me understand what would work best for my vehicle without making me feel pressured. They also let me know about other items my vehicle needed and topped off the additional fluids that needed attention. What impressed me just as much as the service was the atmosphere. Despite it being early in the morning and VERY busy because of the special, Solomon, Delton, and the rest of the team were cheerful, smiling, polite, and communicating with one another throughout the entire bay. You could tell they were working together as a team, and that made the whole experience run smoothly. And the Back-to-School promotion was such a nice bonus! Between the 50% off service, the additional gift for the first 100 customers while supplies lasted, and the Back-to-School gift bags for the kids, Valvoline really went above and beyond. I truly appreciated all of the goodies I received! It was 100% worth getting up early this morning! 😂 I received a great deal AND excellent customer service. Thank you, Valvoline, for offering such a great Back-to-School special, and a special thank-you to Solomon and Delton for making my first experience at this location such a positive one. You both represented your location extremely well, and I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Josh and almost every single person on staff were incredibly nice. Josh was incredibly helpful and let me know how my cars doing and two of the members even changed my engine and cabin filters for me along with my oil change. Very friendly and kind staff. Thank you guys so much!!!

  Take a hike Take 5! CJ and his team set the standard! If you don’t love your vehicle then don’t go there. These guys are friendly and trustworthy they don’t recommend crazy services if they arent needed. They really educate you on things that will make your vehicle last you the longest. The pricing is fair. Shot out to Omar this man loves trees he showed me pictures for some of the craziest trees I’ve ever seen. There ability to build report and make you feel welcome is bar none! Nobody will touch my car besides CJ and his team. I wish I could remember all their names because I hate to leave them out. Do yourself a favor treat your vehicle to the best service out there!!! Good luck guy keep working hard, you guys are doing an amazing job! I hope you are being rewarded for such great service! 👍
